College View Starkville, starkville-ms

I absolutely love College View. Such convenience with the bus shuttle, free printing, the events, how close the walk/drive is to campus, and all the other great amenities! Such a great place to live.

I tried to post this yesterday but I’ll do it again since it didn’t go through! THEY ARE AMAZING! End of story! My tour was fantastic! So patient and kind! Clean and beautiful with so many amenities! I would 100% check them out and get a lease with them if you could!

I really enjoy living in College View. Very good amenities. It's calm, you have the gym, the pool, the bus nearby, and the free coffee machine. Within walking distance, you have the catholic church, the district with restaurants, the public library, etc For me, it's a top comfort environment.

A nice condo complex conveniently located to MSU with retail amenities. Update, one if my God Daughters is a tenant there while she attends MSU. I came to pick her up and was very impressed.

Overall, my experience at College View has been nice. The apartments are clean and modern, the property is well kept, and the staff is nice. However, the property manager, Brooke Rankins, is a complete joke. Brooke is quick to email lease violations and put parking warning on vehicles, but won't answer emails and allow an in-person meeting, because she is somehow always "unavailable" or "in a meeting." It is absolutely ridiculous for someone to be a manager and want to "take action," but have no sense of accountability or confrontation skills. I am beyond livid and will take my own action in this regard. Hope you don't need her for anything because she will be unavailable!
