I’ve been living at The Standard for almost a year, and honestly, I have nothing bad to say. I also feel super safe here. They are very helpful, understanding, and incredibly fast! The maintenance team is truly the best, always smiling and helping whenever needed. Whenever I request something, it’s usually done within the next 24 hours. Big thank you to Jose and Jack for always being so nice. The front desk staff is amazing as well, always there to help and listen to anything you have to say. I had some issues in my account, and Shardane and Jordyn were really helpful! I 100% recommend living here, especially if you’re an SLU student since it’s super close to campus!

The Standard St. Louis is truly an amazing place. The rooms are well furnished and immaculately cleaned, the attention to detail is evident. I especially love the inviting scent of their lobby and bathrooms. The management team's commitment to excellence is what truly sets them apart. They maintain a high internal standard but hold their partner vendors, like us, to an even higher one. This dedication ensures the best possible experience for their residents. Working with Cory for over three years has been easy. His detailed instructions, prompt follow-ups and genuine appreciation for our work make him incredibly easy to partner with. Shardane and Destiny are always working hard to keep everything running smoothly. Everyone can absolutely expect a higher standard of service and attention from The Standard.

As a parent, I couldn’t have been happier with my daughter living here near SLU! The rooms were very spacious, and the property always felt safe and well maintained. The maintenance staff was incredibly helpful and quick to handle any issues, which gave me so much peace of mind. The leasing process was so easy, and the staff answered every question in the kindest, most helpful way. There were also great amenities like the tanning bed, clubhouse, and study rooms, plus frequent fun events that helped students feel connected and heard. It was such a great experience overall, and I would absolutely recommend it to other parents and students!

I’ve had a great experience living here! Jordan at the front desk is always so kind and helpful, and truly makes residents feel supported. He worked effectively to resolve an issue I had by speaking with management. Maintenance is also outstanding, quick, reliable, and efficient. Jack is amazing and always does a fantastic job. So grateful for such a wonderful team!

This place is a joke. The front office staff are incredibly rude and demeaning. My boyfriend’s car was towed because of illegal parking in the parking garage which is understandable. However, the number I was given to call the towing company was incorrect and actually went to a law office. When I approached the front desk to ask for information regarding the towing company (name, address, phone #), the lady at the front asked me “well where was it parked”. I proceeded to tell her I was aware that it was parked illegally on the fifth level of the parking garage. She then proceeded to laugh in my face and comment “well no wonder it was towed!!”. Incredibly unnecessary and rude comment. I responded, “I’m aware of the reason it was towed. I am asking YOU for information on the towing company”. The same woman was also incredibly rude earlier in the year when I had first moved in. I was never given a parking sticker that I had paid for. So I went down to the office and spoke with the same woman, who rudely demanded a payment of $75 for a new sticker. This place is also disgusting and trashed. I’ve seen vomit in the hallways multiple times that have yet to be cleaned up. My tires have also been slashed in the parking garage, and nothing was done about it. They are so incompetent they can’t even get security cameras! Also last but not least, nothing looks like it has ever been cleaned. The carpets are DISGUSTING, I refuse to walk on them without socks, god knows the last time it has been cleaned (probably never). You guys suck scamming college students with high rent for shitty security and staff. No important information regarding the apartment complex is given, so you have to figure everything out on your own! I don’t how how this place is still in business when it shouldn’t be. It’s a joke, don’t live here.
