The reviews others are saying are correct. It has been crap living here *UNTIL RECENTLY*. There was a change in the office staff and now there are several lovely women who are doing their best to make positive changes at Station House. It’s hard to recover from bad experiences without good experiences and they are doing their best to right the wrongs of previous management (or current management that was lackadaisical idk). Nicole and Jaime are very easy to talk to. They now have someone in leasing office during business hours. An eviction happened and since resident was booted, the car thefts and broken gate incidents have stopped. A lot of the terrible residents are now gone. So yes, it was a rough go for a while but I have noticed improvements and know the newer management in the leasing office is trying their best ! Because of the noticed improvements in last few months and hope for continued improvements, I’ll renew another year.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. This is the worst place I’ve ever lived. Management is constantly changing, and never around, which means the place has fallen into disrepair. There’s dog poop everywhere (including inside) and the hallways often smell like throw up. The police have been here more times than I can count. My car has been broken into (inside the gated area). Our place had mold and they ignored my maintenance requests for months until I threatened to sue. And now that I’ve moved out, they’re trying to still charge me. Be aware of the fake 5 star reviews people are leaving. Anyone who lives here will tell you it’s anything but a 5-star experience. The management company, Oliver Properties, has disabled their reviews, so that’s how you know it’s bad.

Would give 0 stars if it was an option. I’ve lived here 2 years and had nothing but horrible experiences. Constant turnovers in property management, they never answer the phone and are rarely on site. Management and maintenance are completely nonresponsive, electronic locks are broken more often than they work. The “gated parking” is a joke that we have been paying $80/month for (required fee) and has not worked the majority of my time at the property. There are armed breakins in the parking lot most nights and management will not increase security or work with residents to file police reports. Trash is piled in the inside hallways and the building smells like refuse. People allow the dogs to defecate inside and don’t clean up inside or out after their pets. I watched the DEA break down someone’s door once. There have been multiple floods, issues with pests, black mold, and people moving out because inspectors have declared the units unsafe for habitation. You can hear everything through the walls, kids and screaming and dogs are barking constantly. I cannot wait to get out of here, please save yourself a lot of time, trouble and money and apply someplace else. Haven’t seen a new resident move in in months only a mass exodus from this property. There are lots of other properties around here in this price range, I highly recommend checking them out instead.

I had a fantastic experience touring this community! Angie was incredibly personable and professional, making the entire process feel easy and welcoming. The apartments themselves were beautiful — modern, spacious, and high-quality in every detail. The amenities were also amazing and really stood out compared to other places I’ve toured. Overall, I left very impressed and would definitely recommend checking this place out!

I had a wonderful tour, Assistance Property Manager Jamey, was a delight. She showed us three different properties, one that we absolutely loved. This complex is a community within itself and a hidden gem in the CITY!!!
