Red Rock has been my home for the past five years, and I’ve enjoyed living here. The management team is super friendly and always available to assist with anything or answer any questions. They regularly host fun events with great giveaways. The only downside is the laundry room, which is located at the clubhouse. If you live in the farther apartments, you have to drive or walk over, which can be a bit inconvenient. Overall, I do recommend renting here.

DO NOT RENT HERE – SCAMMERS & HEARTLESS MANAGEMENT Red Rock Ridge Apartments is one of the worst places I’ve ever lived. The management is completely unprofessional, money-hungry, and shows absolutely no empathy. They charge you for everything imaginable—fees, fines, bogus insurance charges—yet when you actually need coverage, it turns out to be useless. Total scam. I also had valuables, including jewelry, go missing during my time here, and no one from management lifted a finger to help. On top of that, they take monthly insurance fees but offer zero actual support or coverage when issues arise. Even in times of personal crisis—like my father's battle with cancer—they showed no understanding or flexibility. It’s as if they view residents as nothing more than dollar signs. And forget about ever seeing your security deposit again. They will find every excuse to keep it, regardless of the condition you leave the apartment in. Worst of all, their behavior often felt discriminatory and racist. They treat certain tenants differently and with clear bias. It’s deeply upsetting and unacceptable. Please—if you value your money, your peace of mind, and basic human decency—DO NOT rent at Red Rock Ridge Apartments. You deserve better. They don`t deserve ONE STAR!!!

I have loved my experience living here so far! My move in went smoothly, the rent prices are reasonable, the apartments are clean, and the amenities are great. Elaine and the management team are super nice and helpful. I had a few questions and concerns after living in another not so nice apartment complex in town and they really helped set me at ease. I would definitely recommend Red Rock to anyone looking for housing in the area!

I've been nothing but pleased with Red Rock Apartments for my son. Brayden and Elaine have both been incredibly helpful, courteous, and professional. They even had the cleaners come back to for a few touch ups and make sure everything was looking great. My son will be returning for the next school year.

Don’t live here lol. Stay away from this place. I lived here way too long and here’s what happened. (By the way some of it’s illegal and genuine merciless extortion) Incident #1: Management broke into our apartment at 1 AM because they suspected there was beer in the house. They quietly snuck in, took a photo of a beer in the garbage can, and gave it to St George PD so they could issue a WARRANT and raid the house. I can understand cracking down on my roommate for underage drinking, but this was insane. Well, they are allowed to break in to your house at anytime because of a loophole clause in the lease that states the living room/kitchen/hallway as “common areas.” So on paper it might as well be outside. They have keys to your room as well so you’re not safe. Get a predator or criminal working for them and you are helpless. They can break in to your house and room in the middle of the night and you can’t do anything about it. Which leads me to… Incident #2: They used a key to open my locked room that I was in because they needed to “check something.” No notice. No warning. (Some old guy walked in on me naked by the way lol) Incident #3: The person at the front desk gave me the wrong parking sticker. They give out two kinds, one you pay for, and one for free parking spot. The stickers look the same. I paid for a parking spot. They gave me a free parking sticker without telling me even though they looked up my information. Do you guys not keep records of anything? I have to tell you what sticker to give me? Anyways I parked in MY SPOT, got booted, was late for work, lost $80 and they REFUSE to admit wrongdoing or help in any way. They say “take it up with the booting company.” Call them and they say, “that’s between you and the housing management.” Incident #4: I was switching apartments at Red Rock Ridge. They said there was a delay because the room still hadn’t been cleaned. Not a big deal. BUT, they came by for white glove cleaning inspections (for when most people are moving out). They then scolded me and threatened to fine me hundreds of dollars for having food in the fridge and belongings in my bedroom (keep in mind the rest of the place was very clean). I told them the only reason I’m not moved out yet is because of THEM. They wouldn’t budge. Am I expected to just be homeless for a week then until you can get your cleaners to do their job? What? I argued with them on it and they didn’t fine me as much. There shouldn’t have even been conversation of a fine when I’m being forced to live there. Anyway, I eventually was told I could FINALLY move in to my new apartment and it was FILTHY. The walls of the bedroom were covered in grime, the desk was snapped off the wall, the molding on the window was broken (attached photos) It took me 12 hours to clean one tiny bedroom. Clearly the cleaners just never came. I made claims to get my room fixed up and they never sent maintenance over. Thanks Red Rock Ridge for screwing over as many people as possible heartlessly and illegally. They only rent to college students because if they got someone over the age of 25 they might just accidentally rent to someone who has the power to take legal action.
