The best part about this complex is the location. It is right across the street from campus, which is very convenient. Everything else about this place falls short. We were misled from the beginning with a high pressure sales job. We were told if we didn't sign a lease right away, they would be sold out. They were never full the whole year. We were also shown a beautiful, freshly remodeled unit. My daughter's unit looked nothing like the model we were shown. On move-in day, we spent 8 hours cleaning the apartment before we could move my daughter in. The apartment was absolutely disgusting! We had to scrub floors, walls, doors and all of the appliances. It was after hours and we were on a schedule, otherwise, I would never have moved my daughter in. When we complained later, my daughter was given a free parking pass, which hardly compensated for our time. These apartments are not adequate to house 6 girls, which my daughter's apartment had. The kitchen, fridge and cabinet space are not enough for that amount of girls. The amount that is charged for a shared room with the tiny amount of space they have is crazy. The Wifi never worked and the office kept referring the girls to an outside company who never could help them. The pool was frequently locked up due to students breaking rules, so everyone had to suffer. I was constantly charged different amounts and told that I needed to call an outside company to get it taken care of. One of my biggest complaints is that they require a 12 month contract. My daughter comes home during the summer. We were told it was easy to sell your contract during the summer; it was impossible! I've been paying for an apartment my daughter hasn't lived in for the last 3 months. Honestly, I would stay far away from this place! I wish we had looked around more; we could have found somewhere with more space for less per month.

Living at Cedar Flats Student Housing in St. George has honestly been a really good experience, and my relationship with the management. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, they’ve been super easy to talk to and quick to respond, which makes a big difference. They actually care about the people living here and make sure things run smoothly. That kind of support goes a long way when you’re busy with school and everything else. I really appreciate how much they help you feel at home. Being away from family while playing football isn’t always easy, but the environment here makes it a lot more comfortable. It feels like more than just student housing and somewhere you can actually settle in. Overall, it’s been a really positive experience and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place in St. George.

Living at Cedar Flats under the new management has been amazing. Every time that I've gone to Desiree or Connor with a problem they have been quick to help me resolve it. When I was having problems with old roommates they were quick to find me a new apartment and help me get everything settled to move as quickly as possible. Work/maintenance requests have always been attended to within the week which has always been very nice. The new apartments are amazing and I've had no issues with them. The wifi is amazing, it runs great which is a big plus as a medical college student. Just an overall good experience, no complaints here.

Cedar Flats Apartments is a fantastic place to live. Conner at the front desk is incredibly friendly and always goes above and beyond to help resolve any issues, making residents feel valued and cared for. The combination of great service and homey environment makes Cedar Flats an easy choice!
