7th & U thus far has been amazing. Any maintenance issues we’ve had have been resolved super quickly. When our washing machine broke Sadie was on it and got us a new one very quickly. It’s much cheaper than the dorms and you have less roommates. It’s a much better bang for your buck and I highly recommend!

7th and University has been a great place to live! Everything was super clean when I moved in and maintenance requests were addressed very quickly. They have been great about keeping everything updated and nice, including installing a new smart tv and deep cleaning our carpets.

This apartment complex is a good choice for students looking to live within walking distance of campus. The bedrooms, living room, and kitchen are all spacious and the in-unit washer and dryer is nice. The price is reasonable and the management is helpful. The downsides are the limited number of parking passes and the wifi is not very good.

7th and U Apartments are such great quality! This is my second year here and it has been such a good experience. Maintenance is always kept on top of and responded to fast! The apartments are very nice inside and they even added TV’s to the apartment this year! Cami and the staff are very considerate and even brought out chairs for us to tan in the summer! I highly recommend this apartment over the others!
