The Cloud on Fifth, st-cloud-mn

Amina is INCREDIBLE!!!! My mom and I went on a tour of St. Cloud State's campus and upon recommendation by our tour guide, we stopped by the apartment complex. I figured we would not be able to tour same day and we live hours away. However, when my mom called, Amina answered and came straight to us to give us a tour. She showed us 3 units and answered every question in depth. She was considerate of our timeline and price range and understood and relieved any concerns I had. She values the privacy and comfort of tenants and mixes it with high-end style in the apartment designs. I would HIGHLY recommend her and The Cloud on Fifth apartment complex to any St. Cloud State students!

I want to first thank the Cloud On Fifth management team. Great people shout out to Amina and Colleen. They did above and beyond to make sure I got moved into my new unit. And their move in process was seamless and Super easy. They provided me everything that I needed Now about the unit, it is great. I love everything about it. I love the new space I could call home. Nice and spacious high ceilings I could go on and on. But once again, thank you to the cloud on fifth management team, etc..

Love! Love! Love! This is the place to move to. Amina showed us some beautiful newer units, beautiful open concepts, very modern. She was very knowledgeable, and just all around fun. I wish apartment hunting was always this easy. Colleen also greeted us with a smile. Awesome staff and units!

I have lived here for 3 years. I love the underground garage. We have key fobs for the entry doors. I feel very safe. The bus station is 2 blocks away. There a a variety of places to eat and bank nearby. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. Any maintenance issues reported, are taken care of quickly.

I’ve lived here twice now, and both times the experience has been excellent and the staff has be responsive and extremely helpful. The best part about The Cloud has always been the staff, and the new leasing manager Amina continues to live up to that, being proactive consistently thoughtful. The apartments themselves are modern and comfortable and the walls are exceptionally think and sound insulated.
