Montaje Apartments, st-cloud-mn

I have never lived somewhere where the landlords are so kind and always available to fix any issues that arise right away. The area is safe and very convenient for college students. There really is a sense of community that the landlords try to promote which is amazing especially for those not from the state or city of St. Cloud. I’m glad I live here. Oh and it’s super close to campus. Walking to class is fantastic and saves on parking. Overall no complaints, only high praise 💪🏼💪🏼

Great place to live if you’re a college student! It is located right across the University and only a couple minutes away from SCTCC. Parking lots are well kept especially during the winter time, and there is a bus stop nearby for anybody who may ride the bus. The apartment building is kept very clean especially compared to many other buildings I have toured around the area. Pricing is very reasonable and is easy to manage with a part time job. As always safety is a priority, maintenance are prompt with repairs and apartment comes furnished! Never had an issue living here and would recommend to anyone.

Montaje apartments was by far the nicest rental property I toured near campus! It is in a great location, right across the street from the Herb Brooks National Hockey Center. The owners of Montaje take really good of their property. The parking lot is paved and lit up very nicely at night. Also, they have a secure lock system where only residents of the complex can key in. The apartment rooms themselves have been recently renovated in the kitchen area and look fantastic! I strongly would recommend Montaje to any student looking for a safe, convenient, and reasonable place to stay!

Montaje is by far the best place to live anywhere around campus, the location is great and the building and parking lot is well taken care of year round. The landlords are really easy to talk to and are always around if something goes wrong. Price is very reasonable for a full time student to manage with a part time job.

location and pricing is perfect for college students- a quick walk to campus, no expensive parking pass needed! Extremely affordable with lots of space, the balcony is a wonderful and appreciated bonus. Attentive landlords and staff take care of repair requests in a timely and friendly manner, and also plan events for the residents at no cost to residents! Appliances are updated, clean, and function well. Lots of natural light, very safe, and a nice parking lot!
