*I got my deposit back already!! I left this apartment in Saint Cloud since August 2022!!!!! It’s been more than a year, I still have not gotten my deposit back. They said they sent one and I never got it so they ask me to send address again (I sent the wrong address, this is my bad). So I resend new 3 (yes, THREE) so at least I need to get it but NO! never get one. They said they already resent it but I never get it. I dont know what the problem but one year of waiting for deposit is TOO LONG. They said did you accidentally throw it away? so literally blaming me? Avoid this properties because of poor management and ghost your deposit.

Terrible management(ab properties)…rude manager named Jason…I wouldn’t recommend this property management to anyone…would take months to fix anything…
