Been living here since 3 years. I loved it every second. There is nothing wrong with the building. Management is nice if you cooperate with them nicely too. If you give them a hard time, they might give back in return ;) Yes sometimes you might get noisy neighbours which is your luck, but you can manage it by calling non-emergency police. You might have to call them frequently but eventually the neighbors will get a leave warning so they will calm down. I only saw a roach once and NEVER again after I sprayed the hell out of this place. I have kept it very clean. So I KNOW that it depends on YOUR cleaning ethics. There are no roaches or rats in this building. Amazing storage spaces.

All they do at this apartment is play loud music at 5 in the morning you can hear inside your house across the street when people who actually have jobs have to be sleeping for the next day. If you want peace of mind and respectful neighbors, STAY AWAY. This is not just a one night thing either, it’s at least a bi weekly occurrence
