This is the best place to live near campus. I love it so much. It is within a 3-minutes walking distance to campus but it is super quiet. Everything looks new and comfortable to live. It offers TV and sofa so I can have a good relax after school and work.

I have had an amazing experience so far at the West Edge apartments. This has been my first college apartment and Magers has been so informative and responsive to my many questions and concerns. It has been very easy to work with them and receive feedback in a quick manner. This has been the perfect starter unit and I would strongly recommend to all college students.

I’m going on year 2 living here and if you aren’t looking to have roommates, this is well worth the location and its a very affordable price. I don’t have to drive to campus, I have a lot of room, it’s not too small and it’s not too big. Maintenance team and landlord are very nice and easy to work with. It feels like home away from home.

I absolutely love my apartment! Everything is included which is really nice. I love that I have my own washer and dryer, tv, balcony, and a HUGE closet. Just to name a few things. It is also walking distance to campus. The only con I can think of is the pantry didn’t have any shelving, so I had to buy some to put in there. Not a huge deal which tells you how great these apartments are. My room was extremely clean, and essentially looked like no one has ever lived here. The hallway is very clean as well. I like having my own space, and it feels very cozy.

These apartments are great if you’re wanting to live close to campus, in a nice and new apartment all by yourself! I love that everything is included and parking is free and right outside your door! Only down side is the trash truck coming 4x a week at 3am. Overall, a great pick!
