Coming from a resident here, Vue is such an incredible community! As a college freshman living away from home for the first time, I never imagined I would feel so comfortable and at “home” so quickly. The office staff truly go above and beyond—Allison and Maddie, they’re always so kind, welcoming, and ready to answer any questions I have. What makes Vue even better is the sense of fun and connection. They host cute events every month that bring everyone together and make it feel like a close-knit community. Living here has been such a memorable and uplifting experience. I’m so glad I chose Vue with it being the perfect student living complex!

This student apartment complex is beyond horrific, the way I have been treated is completely unacceptable and disgusting. Their communication absolutely sucks, you can never get in contact with the manager (Mandee) she is very ill-mannered and does not know how to talk to future tenets with out having a disrespectful attitude. I have been told many different things by many different employees working here and it is very frustrating when I just want one answer that is going to be the correct answer. I have tried to email Mandee and I never receive an answer back it has been over a month since I have emailed her, and when I get in contact with their corporate office they don’t email me back either. Not only do they have poor communication skills, I have been hung up on three different times all because the employees want to talk over me and argue with me in the phone, I didn’t call you to argue with you I called to get answers because there is no such thing as communication with this company, and when I’m trying to talk over them because they don’t know how to close their mouths for 1 minute to let me talk and explain what is going on I get hung up on. I will let every student wanting to move to the vue to not move here, this is beyond unacceptable on how I have been treated, how they have treated my mom and how sad it is that they are still in business I’m honestly surprised that no communication gets them somewhere. This place is a complete and utter disgrace to have had business with. I am embarrassed for them. Edit: after reading the response yall gave me, it is very alarming that yall would lie in your response given to me. I have audio proof alongside screenshots of everything and videos with audio, I’m very saddened to see this is how a business is to respond to someone that has had continuous problems and just continue to lie.

I recently toured at the Vue on Walnut and had a great experience. Skyler showed me around and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this place

Have so far had a very good experience living at the vue! Everyone’s so nice, Leasing staff are quick to answer any and all questions! Everyone there is so nice, and I LOVE the gym. Rooms are spacious and cozy as well! They were willing to work with my move in schedule, which made my life so much easier! The location is beyond perfect as well! So close to all the best restaurants and shops. Have not had any issues with maintenance or cleaning. They do give notice when they need to enter the room, so you always have time to clean up if needed! Overall 10/10 experience so far! Definitely recommend living here if you’re looking for good location and price!

Parents and students beware — misleading lease, hidden fees, and poor transparency I’m writing this as a parent whose college student lives at this complex, and the experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing to watch. What was presented during the leasing process did not match what my child later discovered buried in the contract. The lack of transparency and communication makes this place very difficult for students and families to navigate. The lease itself is extremely long and detailed, and unless you read every page carefully, important fees and policies are easy to miss. My child was only told about rent and utilities when signing, but later discovered additional recurring charges such as a balcony fee and a so-called “building protection” fee that seems to exist in name only. These extra costs add up quickly for a student budget and were not clearly explained upfront. They also market this as a one-year lease, but the actual time a student can live there is shorter. Move-in isn’t until mid-August and move-out is required by mid-July, yet tenants are still responsible for paying a full 12 months of rent. That feels misleading when families are trying to plan accurately. There have also been instances where maintenance entered the apartment without advance notice, followed by a text afterward saying they had already been there. As a parent, that lack of communication and respect for privacy is concerning. The rules and penalties in the lease are far stricter than most students or parents would expect. There are $250 fines per incident for marijuana, paraphernalia, or firearms, no smoking or vaping even on the balcony, and steep pet fees with hundreds due upfront plus monthly charges. None of this was clearly communicated before the lease was signed. Overall, this has been a stressful and disappointing experience for our family. I’ll be making sure other parents and students understand exactly what they’re agreeing to before signing here. If transparency and fair treatment matter to you, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

With an individual lease, also called by the bedroom lease, you are responsible for your own monthly rent and the regular upkeep of your part of the apartment. Unlike conventional joint leases, you are not responsible for any delinquent amounts owed by your roommates. This means if a roommate moves out early or misses a payment, all other residents are not responsible for making up the difference.
Unless your income is greater than 3 times the rental installment or can qualify through our Leap Program, you will need a guarantor. A guarantor must meet the income requirements and credit qualifications. The guarantor is financially responsible and liable for the terms of the lease and rental installments.
