DO NOT LIVE HERE. Maintenance is terrible. Management lacks responding to tenant maintenance orders. My doors had large holes in them when I first moved in with stains on furniture, dents on the floors, dents on the refrigerator, and a nasty bathroom, and with no AC working in the middle of a heat advisory. It took management a whole month to fix my AC, and months to attend to other maintenance orders listed. Would not recommend living here.

I had a really unpleasant experience with renting thus apartment’s bedroom. The office managers were rude, and the services were poor. Also, I did not break or damage anything. In fact, when I moved out, I cleaned everything thoroughly and left the place spotless, just like when I moved in. The elevator and stairwell areas were often dirty, sometimes even covered with dog feces. Most importantly, they would demand additional payments and sometimes withdraw money from my account before the agreed-upon time. I wanted to leave this feedback based on my personal experience living there. DO NOT RENT AND STAYING HERE!!!!!!!!! 🤮🤮🤮

This is the worst air bnb I have ever stayed in. The company I work for paid for it thankfully because I would never pay to stay in this place. And my company should really get their money back. The lobby and hallways smell like hot garbage 24/7. They keep the AC set to 75 and you can’t change the settings. You can adjust it for a few minutes but It reverts right back to the settings. In the middle of a heat wave and rooms at 78 degrees. Hallways are dirty and trash all over the place. Pool looked nice but after getting a closer look you would probably contract some kind of disease with all the junk floating in it. People party all hours of the night and motorcycles racing and revving up their motors all night long up and down the streets. Which I know the building can’t control that but area just doesn’t seem safe. Especially with all the homeless people walking around and the back gate by the pool is open access to anyone off the street. They really need to clean it up. You will literally gag walking into the building because of the rancid smell. And don’t drive separate cars because you’ll only get 1 parking pass and the other has to fend for themselves and hope they don’t get towed. There is no public parking only pay $3 per hour. Parking is non existent unless you have a pass.

I would not recommend living here based on my experience. From the moment I moved in, there were ongoing issues. I was promised a stackable washer/dryer, which I didn’t receive until over two months later. On top of that, I had to repeatedly submit work orders for various problems with the apartment. There were also multiple hidden fees added to my monthly bill, which I was told were my responsibility to opt out of—something that was never clearly communicated upfront. The building itself was consistently dirty, with bugs frequently flying around and eventually making their way into my apartment. There was also a persistent, unpleasant smell throughout the building. Security was another major concern. The entry doors were often propped open, making it easy for anyone to walk in, which felt extremely unsafe. Overall, my time here was frustrating and disappointing, and I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Worst Airbnb stay I have ever had. The elevator smelled like trash, lobby floors are dirty, not a peaceful stay. I get this also have university housing but put yourself in your guest shoes and see if you would enjoy staying here. The company I worked for paid for it but next time we are in the area we will pick somewhere else.
