Magers Apartments, springfield-mo

This apartment complex is god awful! DO NOT LIVE HERE. There is no pool, the internet is downright unusable because mangers is so cheap. The apartments look like a scary movie. The AC Unit quit working. No one fixed it. The only good thing about this place and I mean the ONLY good thing is proximity to campus. Other than that, this place is a scam. Do not waste your time.

Changing my review due to an issue I just had with management. I’m having severe internet problems and they refused to have anyone come look at it because they have a contract with Springnet. What a waste of my money! I can’t even use the wifi on my phone, much less my laptop. I wish my concerns would have been taken seriously. Another complaint I have is the noise because it's near a busy road and the walls are extremely thin. Neighbors have been a huge headache and management never did anything about it!

Hey guys, do not live here. Do not live at their properties. The issue is not the buildings. It is the management. I think they like to hire liars and rude people. They will not refund your deposit back. Don't be fooled when they tell you they will give it to u back And the cameras at 414 east bear boulevard are not working. They are here just for decor.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. They will screw you in any such way that they possibly can. The management is absolutely terrible, impossible to deal with, and outright rude. The place isn't that nice especially for how much you pay. Its close proximity to campus is nice but it is not worth the amount of money they will end up taking from you. Never live here.

Very EVIL APARTMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My girl friend just move in and pay deposit $400 for one bed room for this spring semester; later than she decided to move the two bedroom with her friend, same company >>> MAGERS MANAGEMENT Company (417studenthomes). First they said that she need to find her replacement and pay another $800 deposit for two bedroom so she can lives with her friend. After she find the new person, The apartment deduct all her previous $400 deposit and $150 from $800 deposit. WTF***. Now they also request the new guy to pay $400 deposit. The problem is my girlfriend already sign the contract and cannot do anything! Honestly,This company is very EVIL!!!! and VERY DICRIMINATE toward ASIAN student. I can see it!
