Holland Edge is a great first apartment option! The unit has everything I need with a nice modern design. I love the balcony and the view of campus, along with the ease of being so close to campus. Tracie has taken care of any questions and needs I have as well. Everything is great and I couldn’t ask for a better first apartment. I would definitely recommend and the guests I have had over agree.

This place has been my best apartment/student housing experience yet! Tracie is amazing and very professional. Communication is great. Price is fantastic. Apartments have everything you need: furnishings, dishwasher, ice maker, storage closet, good wifi, smart tv, washer and dryer, and free parking. Utilities are included. Everything is great quality and you can tell they truly care about your experience. Management keeps everything taken care of and clean. Also, super close to campus and apartments are quiet. Would give this place 6 stars if I could!

I currently live here and I love it! The amenities are so nice to have, especially the washer and dryer! I also love living so close to campus. Everything was very clean on move in day and everyone has been super nice and helpful when I have any questions! I would highly recommend living in Holland’s edge!

Hollands Edge is the perfect place to live if you go to MSU and want a nice, private place to live. The studios are super modern and provide a functional and stylish way of living . All the included furniture is great and the closet and bathroom are a great size. The management is great and it is overall nice and convenient!

Great first apartment, so glad that all the amenities are included. As a music student I needed something close to campus yet with my own space without the confinements of the dorms. Maintenance is quick and super friendly, something my old apartment lacked. Will be recommending to others.
