Deep Elm, Elevate Student Living, springfield-mo

I’ve had a great experience living here. The apartments are clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, and the property is always kept in excellent condition. The gym is very nice and has everything needed for a good workout. The staff genuinely care about their residents and are quick to address any concerns or maintenance requests. I also want to give a special thanks to Jersey, who has been a tremendous help throughout my time here. Jersey has helped me every step of the way, always answering questions, providing guidance, and making sure I had everything I needed. Their support and kindness have made my experience much smoother and more enjoyable. Overall, this is a safe, clean, and welcoming place to live, and I would highly recommend it to other students.

So grateful to live steps away from Glass Hall and the library- it makes my life so easy. Also minutes away from college station, which me and my roommates love the most. The unit does have two bedrooms without windows which is less than ideal in terms of personal health and wellness but you can make do. The windowless rooms do have bigger closets though. I would love it if receiving packages was easier like if they were sent to the office for us to pick up there so that we don’t miss out on deliveries bc drivers cannot get in. All in all- The Qube is a great first starter apartment for college students!

I had a great experience with Deep Elm, and I especially want to shout out Jersey for making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. From the moment I came in, he was both professional and genuinely personable, which made a big difference. Jersey took the time to really walk me through the units, answer all my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. He didn’t rush anything and made the experience feel relaxed instead of overwhelming. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and actually cares about the people he’s helping. Overall, the tour went great, and Jersey played a huge part in that. If you’re considering living here, I definitely recommend connecting with him. He’ll make sure you’re taken care of.

I loved getting a tour of this place. Everything about elevate including staff and other residents were so friendly and super helpful! It was so easy to sign the documents to live here, especially how close it was to MSU! Also super pet friendly and they are very supportive of my new kitten, pip!

This is the worst apartment to live in, in the Springfield environment! Equipments don’t work, half of them are old, faulty and damaged and have not been serviced! I moved in here 4 months ago and every month, it is one complain after the other. From the dishwasher to the sink, either smelling, leaking out or the hot water doesnt work. To top it all, they will charge you for a damage, charge you for a new one outside your rent and give excuses on how it’s your fault, despite your several complaints of that equipment needing replacement. Management of the apartment is extremely poor. Unless you have money to waste for a sub-standard living condition, then live in Deep Elm! While you are at it, ask them to place you on the 4th floor so you can use the staircase, since the building has no elevators! I have attached pictures of all the work orders I have had to request since I moved in on the 1st of August, it’s only been 4 months and that is mine alone, not that of my other housemates!
