Parents beware. Here’s our initial experience: *The unit had not been cleaned. *The A/C doesn’t work (this was known but they rented it anyway. It’s supposed to be fixed, but hasn’t been yet. Other apartment companies we looked at “warned” us about A/C issues at this complex.) *Security gate outside is broken and doesn’t work. *Phone calls and emails to the office aren’t returned. We’ll try the resident portal now that we’re in. *Fees charged that were supposed to be waived. **Update Came back a week later. The AC is still not working The TV is now not working. Security gate is still broken Waived Fee was credited.

Genuinely awful management, every one of these reviews is true. Had a bike stolen and a hole drilled into my girlfriend’s gas tank, and management didn’t even give me a call back when I let them know. Parking is atrocious, they let anyone and everyone park in the general area, even though residents have to pay for it. Genuine slum lords.

Legitimately the worst place to live. Never rent with ENTrust. I LIVED there for two years. Problem after problem. I told them to replace or fix my A/C Heater that never worked in the first place. Hell the AC Heater unit in the hall was dripping growing mold in the hallway. They only put minor band aid fixes in until it broke again. I tried to move out halfway through my third year; formally moved and they charged me a fee to get on “reassignment”. Voids my steep steep security deposit. They did NOTHING to get that unit reassigned. I paid for every penny of the rent while I was moved out. The unit stayed clean and empty. Hell I left that unit cleaner than it was when I MOVED IN.

DO. NOT. LIVE. HERE. This management company is genuinely the most awful group of people to have to work with. We were scammed into renewing our lease after following all directions to let them know we were not renewing our lease. Ended up having to get lawyers involved which caused a MASSIVE headache. Maintenance was never an issue for us, the guys were always nice and able to fix what we needed within a reasonable amount of time. However, other friends that have lived here have not been lucky in that regard. The security gate is almost always broken, which wasn't a dealbreaker but it took away piece of mind. The apartment itself was nice and had few issues, but the shady and sleazy management has absolutely ruined any value this property had. Warning: DO NOT TAKE OFF MATTRESS COVER, IT'S A FIBERGLASS MATTRESS AND WILL LINGER FOREVER, AND ITS A NIGHTMARE TO FIX. For the sake of your sanity, STAY AWAY.

Deadline this and deadline that with no notices. I turned my move-out form in with 87 days left in my contract, and since the rule said 90 days ahead of the contract end date. I had to pay rent from May when my contract ended until August. While not living there nor allowed access! Also they do not advertise your apartment if you violate this rule until they are completely full and someone calls asking for an apartment. On Top of that there were 450$ of move out fees for moving out with out the proper 90 day notice. Parking pass is 30$ extra, but the parking lot is always full. Both my A/C and heat went out within my 1 year stay. No elevator, no pool, no workout room, no vending, no dog play area, etc. I read the reviews prior to moving in and thought it would be easy to avoid fees, but I was mistaken. On top all that every staff except one lady was rude. Out of the 5 places I've lived at they are the worst by far.
