This apartment complex has no reliable emergency or maintenance response, and everything is handled by one property manager who is extremely unresponsive. If you have an emergency maintenance issue, expect it to take one to two weeks to be addressed. One property manager is the only person responsible for everything, yet she rarely answers calls or responds in a timely manner. One time, I had to call her around 50 times just to get a response, only for her to say she was “in a meeting.” She also never provided me with the gate code, which caused ongoing problems, and because of this, all my Walmart deliveries had to be picked up manually, and I experienced multiple package thefts since delivery drivers could not access the property properly. I had to sleep one night in a hotel because I lost the keys and the property manager didn’t have spare keys for my room, and the only way to open my room was through finding my keys, which I did, but imagine if I hadn’t found them! I did not also receive my security deposit until six months after moving out, and only after repeatedly calling and arranging it myself. I paid 1200-1500$ for the deposit and only received 650$ out of it. This place is poorly managed, unresponsive, and stressful to live in. I would not recommend renting here, especially if you value timely maintenance, communication, or basic property management standards.
