I’ve really enjoyed living at Beacon Apartments. The staff is super friendly and always quick to help whenever I need something. The amenities are great, especially the gym, coffee bar, and clubhouse, and the location is really convenient for MSU students. The community is also really fun and welcoming. They do a lot of events and giveaways for residents, which makes it feel more personal than other apartment complexes. Overall, Beacon has been a great place to live and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for student housing in Springfield.

I’ve really loved living at Beacon! The location is super convenient for getting to campus, and the amenities make student life a lot easier. The gym, clubhouse, and study spaces are all great to have right on-site. One of my favorite things about living here is the staff. Everyone is always friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. Any time I’ve had a question or needed help with something, they’ve been quick to respond. Overall, Beacon has been a great place to live throughout college. I’ve made a lot of good memories here and would definitely recommend it to other students looking for housing near MSU!

My daughter lived at Beacon during her time at Missouri State, and we could not have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns we had. They made the leasing process easy and stress-free, and it was clear they genuinely cared about the residents. One thing that really stood out was how fun and personable the team was. Every interaction felt genuine, and they always knew how to make us laugh while still being professional. As a parent, it gave me peace of mind knowing my daughter was living in a community with staff who truly cared about creating a positive environment. The property is well-maintained, the amenities are great, and the atmosphere feels like a true home away from home. I highly recommend Beacon to any student and parent looking for a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable place to live. Five stars all around!

Beacon is one of the best options for students that want more independence and better quality than the dorms but still have the benefits of that college experience! 5 minutes from MSU campus and quite close to Drury, Evangel, and OTC as well, and living with many other people in the same stage of life. However, unlike the dorms you have your own bedroom, bathroom, and share a living room, kitchen, and laundry room with your suite mates. There are lots of other great amenities like the gym, which I love because it is 24/7, a computer lab with printer, lounge with free coffee bar, and study rooms. I have loved living so close to campus and popping in for events, functions with DECA and DSP, with better conditions at a cheaper price. Definitely more bang for your buck than the dorms!
