I want the owners to know how I appreciate The Management team of Michelle and Cristi. And Maintenance team of Travis and Ashtyn. My thermostate wnet out Saturday night. I put a Maintenance request on the portal thinking that Monday they would fix it. I went to church Sunday. By the time got home it was fixed and they even closed my windows and started cooling down my Apartment. They all need to be acknowledged for the great efforts and the pride that they have for us tenants as well has the property. This is why My family is staying here for another year. It's very hard to find a Team has dedicated as this one. I even bet you you could not find one close to has good as they are. Very overwhelmed tenant.

They took over Beacon Springfield and have been absolutely horrendous. We had flooding which was never repaired and have found mold growing on our walls. Maintenance requests related to it never worked

I lived on one of Affiniti's Properties for over three years, LOVED IT!!!!!! Clean, updated, well maintained GREAT STAFF. I now have worked for the Company for over a year and have no plans of going anywhere. The people I work with quickly became friends! Everyone is treated as an individual, with respect and kindness. Training is NEVER an option, they keep us informed on all regulations and policies, giving us the tools to be the BEST IN PROPERTY MANGEMENT. Michelle Robinson

Our hotel works very closely with the apartments owned and operated by Affiniti Management. The residents, property managers, and owners have all been very respectful and kind. Loved working with them!!

I moved in last fall and renewed my lease at one of their many properties. I love the property and the staff!
