Overlook at Notre Dame, south-bend-in

I just moved in, so, of course, this review should be taken as a first impression and subject to change. That being said, both my parents and I have been very impressed by Overlook. For grad students at Notre Dame, it is a great value—still expensive, but less expensive than all of the similar options around campus, and it is furnished. Almost everything in the studio apartment was in perfect condition upon move-in, the appliances are top-tier, and the staff—Suzy in particular—were very kind and helpful when we were moving in.

Don't bother, its far from campus and management will do anything to charge you in move out fees and "damages". Lived at 4 different apartment complexes prior to this never had damage or cleaning charges as I keep a good home. Should have trusted the online reviews more. Otherwise its just a mediocre complex cheap amenities and even cheapingfurnishings. 2 stars just because danny boys is mint.

Had an awesome experience touring Overlook at Notre Dame. The staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome immediately. They had great amenities and we loved that it was within walking distance to the campus and surrounded by everything needed. It feels like it is a safe, well maintained community.

Very nice property located close to campus with a great atmosphere. Suzi, the property manager, is very friendly and always does her best to make sure residents are taken care of. The staff and maintenance team are awesome, responsive, and professional. I would definitely recommend Overlook to anyone looking for a great place to live!

The Overlook had really nice apartment choices. We felt very happy with the selections and that the units are furnished and kept up to great standards. Gabe was great with helping us with any questions and showing us around. He was super friendly and knowledgeable & very pleasant.
