Irish Row, south-bend-in

I’ve been living here for a few months now and overall it has been a pleasant experience. My apartment is roomy, quiet and well cared for. Maintenance concerns are addressed immediately. The ladies in the office are so friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make your living experience a positive one. You can’t beat the free parking right next to ND!

I wish I could leave less than 1 star if I could. The terrible amenities will really “thrill” you. There have been constant internet outages throughout the year, happening almost 1–2 times every month. The leasing office charges tenants for whatever they want and transfers every possible cost to residents. They respond very quickly when there is a payment issue, but when it comes to facility repairs, you’d better pray to God.

My friend and I toured with Carrie, and she was super sweet and explained everything to us in detail. The apartments are really beautiful and conveniently located near Martins and a few restaurants.

Truly, one of the best places to live! When we moved in everything was perfectly clean, we didn’t have to do ANY extra cleaning. Plus it’s so helpful to have the apartment furnished as someone who is from California. I also can’t say enough great things about the location. My friends lived in Crossings, which made it so easy to walk over to them. Also loved the easy walk to campus for class each day. I never needed a car because the location was so central to everything. Whenever we needed maintenance, they were super responsive as well. I’m writing this review as a Domer who is almost 3 years postgrad. I absolutely loved living here and think about my room senior year all the time because it brought me so much joy and peace that year. I would 100% recommend living in Irish row and cannot say enough great things about this place and its staff.

I had a great experience during my lease with Irish Row. All the guys and gals at the office were very kind and personable. I rarely had any issues with my unit, but when i did the maintenance team was super quick to come in and help fix it. They also replaced the beds and couches with new ones when i moved in which was nice. We had maybe 2 or 3 short-term power outages this year that was out of their control and they did what they could to help manage the issue. I even got my deposit back, which i actually wasn't expecting, due to my experience with many college student targeted apartment complexes just making up some mysterious charges when you move out to try and keep it. I had no issues with security even though i lived on the ground floor. No lost or stolen packages ever (I ordered a ton) and the gym is nice, but a could use more equipment (beats walking to Smith Rec in winter weather though). I would suggest that they reduce the frequency of the inspections of units especially towards the spring move-out dates. It is relatively inexpensive compared to the other options this close to campus and just a solid spot overall imo. I'd recommend it
