Very disappointed! My family recently moved into this complex and it has been unsettling to say the least. They were moved into an apartment that was uninhabitable. The cabinets were falling off the wall, electric was faulty in certain areas of the apartment, the oven tripped the circuit box, and the flooring was unbalanced , full of dips and much more. There were over 20 issues that needed to be resolved. There were many attempts to have these issues resolved by the office to no avail. We were promised 5 times that the floor would be fixed but no contractors showed up and with the lack of communication from the office, the issue became frustrating as you can imagine. I went into the office and attempted to speak to CRYSTAL (who is very rude & dismissive) about the contractors never showing up & was told that she was tired of hearing about these issues and weaponized the police instead of taking accountability. Both Crystal and her co worker (Marco or whomever) called and reported false claims that I was irate, cursingand screaming. The police came of course and stated that I was not in the wrong and they could tell that I was not irate. We all stood in confusion as to why they were called in the first place. I’m glad the interaction with the police was positive, especially with the manner the two employees falsely described. We see how police interaction could go left if the police feels the other person may be a threat, which I am not! In conclusion, if you would like to be met with lack of empathy, compassion, or care please rent here! Also make sure you have Cobb County Building and Codes on speed dial. Thank you for calling the police and eventually moving them into a livable and safer apartment!

Nasty , roaches , and loud tenants, management does not handle issues in timely manner would never ever recommend

The best maintenance team since living here when I’m telling you finally have people who enjoy servicing your request and actually come in the middle of the night in the cold to make sure my heater is working!!! OMAR you are the best maintenance man I’ve ever been blessed to have !!! Thank you FINALLYYYY having a quick reliable great customer service maintenance team!
