Unsecured building, have cameras that do not work. Packages being stolen from tenants. Lease is worried about trash but not safety. Police have been to that building for someone not aloud inside there, and for packages taken. If front door was locked, no one but tenants could enter. If they lose their key, they pay.

If you want to live somewhere that truly is the embodiment of disgustingly ghetto. Then be my guest and live here. Yes its cheaper than the other apartments but the stuff they get away with is super sketchy. The company itself is a total scam and to over charge students with the ridiculous amounts of move out fees is crazy! For example they tried to tell me and my roommate the shower head that was THEIR shower head we moved in with was not their shower head and then tried to charge us with it claiming it was “not their standard shower head in their notes” When they had that crazy man in our building that had the state police / state troopers with dogs and guns outside and made us all evacuate they never addressed it, leaving residents afraid for their lives. When asked if they had working cameras they pretty much said the cameras were there for show. Management was never around, andNi they were often rude. They’ll try to blame you for things their maintenance break but will happily charge you for the normal wear and tare of an apartment. I have screenshots of multiple incidents and from others who truly had the most awful experience with this place and their management. It is so surprising that they are still allowed to rent to people.

Cheapest place to live for students of SRU. Certainly shows. I lived for a year in a stink bug infested, barebones apartment with the bare necessities. It feels like the backrooms. Really, besides the lack of pest control, it’s not terrible altogether. The real issue is the management, who unashamedly try and squeeze every last dollar they can out of you. That $50-$100 a month you save compared to other apartment complexes in the area are going towards random fees that they slap you with before, during, and after living there. It is $65 a semester to park here. My car was totaled in a car crash in the beginning of the fall semester, and I was told I needed to purchase a replacement pass or else my new car would be booted. Seriously, me and my roommates have paid over $1000 in extra fees from moving in, during living there, and moving out. For move out alone, each roommate was charged $33 for work that took 15 minutes of labor. I don’t even think doctors make $100 in 15 minutes. Paradigm properties does though. I seriously could not recommend this place enough, and urge struggling students to find other cheap alternatives for off campus living.

If I could rank this place lower I would, they make unnecessary fees towards your bill and they take your money. Living here was not the best decision and the management was very rude at times and not helpful when it came to our apartment. Let’s not forget they gave us the wrong apartment and said they sent cleaners but it smelled like dog pee and the floors were covered in dirt. Do not waste your time living here. Also VERY UNSAFE! we had a whole squat team with guns looking for a man who didn’t even live in the building and they didn’t say anything about it???

These apartments are very cheap in comparison to surrounding apartments and they are beautiful. My roommate and I have made the apartment very cozy and we love living here. Everyone is very helpful in terms of answering questions, providing maintenance, and being there for their residents by offering them prizes. They also allow their residents to have pets which is very nice and creates more flexibility for anyone thinking about moving here. I highly recommend! :)
