Campus Side, slippery-rock-pa

I love living here! Unlike many other apartment complexes in the area, I feel very safe here. The whole time I've lived here I have never had to worry about thing getting too crazy, even on the weekends. The apartments themselves are nice, pretty spacious, and affordable. The staff here is amazing! The maintenance man is very personable and always does a good job, and Jess will make sure you're taken care of! 10/10 reccomend

This is my second school year at Campus Side, and I have already signed a lease for this coming year! I absolutely love my apartment complex and I love our staff! Every time I have ever needed anything, Jess, our leasing assistant, and Dave, our maintenance man have been so speedy and helpful! The apartments are not only, spacious and clean, but they are super affordable, especially on a college budget (especially cheaper than a dorm).I really like how they have many options for housing rather than just the standard 4 bedrooms, which makes it easier for renters to feel comfortable in their homes and not have to be forced to live with strangers. I also really love how much Campus Side does for not only their renters (like Freebie Friday giveaways), but how much they are involved in the Slippery Rock community and the SRU community by donating to food pantries and clothing drives on and off campus. Thank you Campus Side!

Campus Side has been amazing! I moved in August 2023 and have nothing but great experiences. They have been nothing but kind and willing to help! If we have had maintenance requests, they always reply in a timely manner and Dave always makes sure that everything is taken care of as soon as possible. The 24/7 gym has been a life saver and the amenities offered have been excellent! Parking is always close to the complex and has not posed an issue since I have been living here! I am so happy I picked Campus Side for my last years at SRU; it is a great apartment for college and is super close to campus.

This place is so bad, the fire alarm is 5 feet away from the stove. It will go off over even a tiny bit of smoke. Management is so bad. Victoria is one of the rudest woman you will ever encounter. If u set it off, you will have to pay $250 no matter what for the total. So far we had bug infestation for 2 weeks, took 15 days for exterminator, was not allowed compensation until parents were involved months later. Shower interior walls fall apart. Sink totally broke underneath. One of the sinks also spitted out no water. No lights in rooms. No nothing. Will treat students like crap, involve parents and they will react more politely and ethically. The fire alarm at the complex goes off 2-3x a day, for abt a hour. Fire fighters and truck shows up everytime no matter what. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE NO MATTER WHAT. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

The apartment complex is very clean, the people working in the office are always helpful and friendly, maintenance is always done in a timely manner. During the cold season plowing and shoveling is always done before other apartment complexs I’ve visited. Everything is communicated quickly through emails to everyone and they strive to make connection for residents with the community! There is park available in around the building most of the time. The only thing that was inconvenient was laundry because it is limited on my side of the building, however, there are multiple locations that are short walk if necessary for you to go to. This is a very reasonable and clean place to live close to campus, I would recommend to other college students.
