I’m am absolutely in love with my new apartment! Application process was a breeze and the office staff has been professional, helpful and supportive. KUDOS to the office ladies Melissa and Kayla for all their hard work during the back to school season. Great price per square foot and wonderful open spacious floor plan.

Although I had a short stay, Melissa and her team were super welcoming and friendly from the start of my lease to the end! They were willing to work with us under some small inconveniences at the beginning of our lease and was super helpful! My apartment could have used a few upgrades or maintenance on the interior and door but a great apartment for the price! Parking was a little inconvenient when it comes to having friends over. Again, management was great!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! YOU AND YOUR FAMILY DESERVE BETTER! Students are basically being forced out due to rising rent costs, taking away the included utilities, and paying extra for parking spots. THEY PAY THEIR RESIDENTS GIFT CARDS FOR GOOD REVIEWS! They charge you $30 extra to park in their parking spots! The only thing good about this place is Dave he actually cares about getting stuff done. Management is too money hungry. The ownership has changed more times than I can count. They raise the rent every year. They harass you non stop to “lock in” your lease 6 months before you even need to think about it. They are trying to get rid of the students by advertising resident housing for less than they quoted us for the whole apartment. This place is falling apart. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE LIVE HERE.

Kayla the leasing agent will be the reason why I’m leaving this review. She was so disrespectful my last day packing I could not wait to be off their property for good. In fact this is one of the main reasons I did not renew my lease. She should’ve been fired right along with Diana the old property manager. From the day I signed my lease it was HELL. Ofcourse i cannot give every detail but I will share most important. Management have no clue how to run a student housing & now they are trying to convert to majority of residential. When I first took over a lease for 1 of the roommates I discover maggots. I was told that I or the roommate would have to get rid of them or we both would be charged a clean fee. I just moved in; why would that even be thought of to charge a new tenant. If you have roommate problems; there’s nothing they will do about it but have a meeting which fixes nothing. You will have to deal with it until your lease is up. The parking is an huge issue and they will force you to pay 30$. If you misread parking spots and happen to get towed the fee is 200$ and they will do nothing about it even if it’s their mix up. They are not organized when it comes to cleaners, painters etc. You will have people that will just walk in your apartment without knocking. I also had a newborn and because bugs was so bad I left a month before my lease and return a couple days before my lease ended just to clean.Ive had a spider crawl in my bed, bugs crawl on me while I sit on the couch, bugs around the kitchen sink; I am a neat freak, I keep everything clean! Once management was made known of this issue; she wanted me to send pics to see if they deal with the type of bugs. This is your property! It took 2 weeks for pest control to show up. Once I left for a whole month to avoid issues; I returned to clean & realize they sent painters. I’m glad I made that decision because they knew I had a newborn; why would you allow painters to come in when my building is being converted to fully residential. Which means nobody could move In until the unit was fully vacant. I was so fed up with them & this is not even half! Do not move here you will be disappointed!
