For the past 2 years i’ve had a great experience living at Madison and Brookside. The overall living environment is comfortable, well-maintained, and genuinely feels like home. The management team is incredibly helpful, professional, and they’re always approachable and willing to assist with anything that comes up.

My roommate and I have really enjoyed living here for the last two years. It's clean, and the maintenance man always gets to our issues quickly!

I love living here. The maintenance and office staff are great help. The apartments are also clean and super nice when you move in. The price is super reasonable for what you get and location. Highly suggest anyone to live here.

Management is so kind, and maintenance requests always get looked at promptly. My apartment was clean and ready for move-in. Way better than my previous apartment. It's close to the University, so I plan to renew for my Senior year!

I’ve been with Madison and Brookside for two years now. It’s a great place to live, especially for any students going to Shippensburg University. The office staff is very sweet and are always there for you if you need. Maintenance is always quick to fix any issues you may have. Overall a very nice place to live.
