Great view from the apartment and from the sky lounge as wells as the gym! The unit are are really - typically student apartment drawbacks : ( but the view and everything else kind of offsets that.

Very pleased with the leasing and maintenance staff! The security is great as well and the leasing office does an amazing job at planning fun and engaging events for residents! Thank you Lorenzo, Heather, Braden, Hudson, Josh, David, and Ethan for an amazing experience so far!!

RUN AWAY! Let me explain: 2024/2025: I moved to the M Seattle, I was a junior back then in UW, the building was amazing, my room small but quiet and the view was stunning, some issues around the year like a broken alarm, or lights, a flood or broken floor but all in all best customer service and care and fast answers. The a management was amazing and always keen to help. 2025/2026: For my senior year I’ve decided to stay, but decided to switch unit and move from a 4b/2b to a 2B/2b. First day I move in, my floor is broken, my door is broken, my couch feet are missing and my windows isn’t closing, and the fridge shelves are broken and no light in the oven. I report this and hope for the best. 1 month later not fixed, 2 months later not fixed. I then decided to withheld a certain rent amount till the M would fix it, 3 months later past from September still broken and more issues added up, main door not fully locking, my shower drain was broken and the floor in my room was also broken… 4 months later still nothing. We are in January and it’s still broken… I’m accused by the property manager himself of lying and disturbing the staff by asking this to be fixed (it’s been 5 months please understand the frustration). I then decided to move out without refunding the amount that I withheld as I believe I should’ve not been charged any $ for living in such terrible conditions. The new management is horrible, I wouldn’t recommend it. The Resident assistant though are young, in college, and try their best to make the experience enjoyable, but the vibe isn’t the same as it used to be. It doesn’t feel like a community anymore it feels like management is getting lost, and we need a better team. All in all RUN AWAY

Oh it got worse than last year. The new team is horrible… 3 month we going the 4th month that the floor of my bedroom is broken, the light of my oven ain’t working, my couch didn’t had foot for about a month when I moved in, my windows weren’t closing for about 1 month (maintenance got refused to me because they were understaff and apparently according to the community assistant it wasn’t a priority) had to wait about an hour during that day to try to find a maintenance worker in the building same request got rejected over my main door wasn’t locking properly or my bedroom door wasn’t locking for 2.5 months… Well I hope yall are patient, they are very unprofessional, the new Manager is rude really rude, he would tell you that he would address your request and then will be canceling them. Also he’s in the office, doesn’t say Hi, just says don’t ask me questions I’m on vacation… so what are you doing in the office, with a grey star jacket and your name tag while opening up your computer. The CA they don’t care about you, the leasing office doesn’t care about you. They care about your money tho. Tried to contact them by email… no answer, no phone answer, no nothing they are just incompetent I added pictures so you can see that they arent doing their job. And they aren’t picking up the phone. And when you reveal their issues on Instagram they would censor you by deleting your comment or block you. Well choose well

I am a current resident of The M, and this has been by far the worst management experience I have ever had. My heater did not work for most of the winter. Both my roommate and I had non-functioning heaters, and the issue was only addressed after we physically went down to the management office and demanded that it be fixed. The subleasing process has also been confusing and inconsistent. We were given contradictory information about whether we needed to vacate two business days before move-in or by a specific date that is five days before the new tenant’s official contract start date. In addition, both our washer and dryer malfunctioned within the span of one year, which raises concerns about the building’s maintenance standards. The surrounding area is also extremely loud, and the rooms are clearly not soundproof. Almost every night, you can hear fire trucks, people shouting on the street, and, when it is windy, loud clanking noises from the pipes. It has been nearly impossible to sleep without noise-cancelling headphones. Overall, I would strongly caution anyone considering living here. The combination of poor management, maintenance issues, and constant noise has made this an extremely frustrating living experience.
