The Courtyard, seattle-wa

I had a wonderful 2 years for my undergrad. Landlord is very nice, communicates clearly, and is quick to answer concerns!

I lived at The Courtyard Apartments for 4 years during graduate school (2018-2022). The location is excellent and it is on the edge of the U-District and Wallingford. This location is central access to nightlife, parks (including a garden next door), public transportation, and pretty much walking distance from anything you could need. Friendly landlord and property manager as well as respectful tenants who were polite, quiet, and respectful. I never had a problem with the property itself or other tenants. Just what I needed to get me through graduate school and clinical internship. I recommend this location!

Let me start by saying that no one asked me to write this review. I had a great stay at The Courtyard from September 2025 to August 2026, and I’m only moving out because I’m relocating out of state for work. The landlady, Fifi, is great. She’s very involved when it comes to maintaining the apartment complex and making sure things are taken care of, while at the same time never being intrusive or interfering with your day-to-day life. Naturally, the complex itself is clean, safe, and very well maintained. I’ve genuinely enjoyed living here and would happily recommend The Courtyard to anyone looking for a place in the area.
