Sun's Properties @ U-District, seattle-wa

I lived here for a while as a student and honestly had a really good experience. The rent is pretty affordable and the management team is always friendly and responsive! Also love that everything you need is walkable- school, link station, Trader Joe’s etc

So far has probably been the best landlord I've experienced from living in university district housing. Communal cleaning, responsive to lockout requests, and great price for someone who just wants a place to sleep and study.

I've been a tenant for almost two years now here. This will be my last year with them purely out of necessity for my post-college career, though I will say management is friendly and very accommodating of their tenants. I came in initially with a stigma, though you pay a discounted rate as a student for a place that you can get very used to within weeks after moving in. Very close to essentials as well. I would recommend these apartments for just about anyone looking for an affordable place, though this especially goes for any UW students around the area.

Do not recommend this management’s property. The management’s attitude was so rude, took my packages without my permission and angrily told me not to touch my packages even though I didn’t know where my packages were and they told me to pick up my packages. They accidentally charged my boyfriend’s fine just because my packages were accidentally sent to this address even though I didn’t stay here overnight. They broke the lease agreement!!!!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!

I have lived at a building that Sun’s Properties manages for almost a year now and i’ve had an incredible experience with the management. Everyone is super kind and helpful with tenant issues. The building is kept up great and managed well. For anyone considering an apartment that is managed by Sun’s Properties, I 100% recommend them.
