Overall, I've had a positive experience living here. The staff has been consistently friendly and helpful, and any issues that come up have been addressed quickly. The amenities are solid, the building itself is pretty quiet, and the location is great for getting to campus. The only downside is that the street itself can feel a little unsafe at times, but the apartment overall has been a good place to live.

I’ve had a great experience living at HERE Seattle. The building is clean, modern, and the amenities are really well maintained. The location is super convenient and makes getting around easy. Huge shoutout to Gavin — he’s been incredibly helpful, friendly, and quick to respond whenever I needed anything. Definitely recommend HERE Seattle to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live!

I had a great experience touring Here Seattle and wanted to give a shoutout to Dathan for making the whole process smooth and welcoming. He took the time to walk me through everything I’d need to know about living there and set clear expectations, which I really appreciated. It’s not always easy to find a place that feels both professional and genuinely caring, but this community gave me that impression. The level of attention and detail stood out, and it made me feel confident about potentially living here in the future. Definitely a positive experience overall, and I’m looking forward to what’s ahead!

The HERE apartments are beautiful, sure. But Gavin…. Man o man is he something else. I walked in the other day looking for an apartment, and left with a new best friend! I’m heavily considering this apartment not only for the incredible amenities and location but for the opportunity to make this guy the best man at my wedding. HERE Seattle 5 stars.

Location is great with easy access to food on the Ave, the Light Rail, Safeway & Trader Joe's, and I-5 so you can easily commute and shop around the Puget Sound. Management has been amazing to work with when issues have arisen and are proactive about fixing them and accommodating around them once brought to their attention.
