Update: The apartment has replaced my refrigerator, and I truly appreciate the management for resolving this. Former Review: My previous refrigerator was very old and produced loud, frequent mechanical noise that affected my sleep and daily life. At the time, the first maintenance visit did not resolve the issue. The situation was stressful then, but I want to be transparent about my experience before the replacement. I’m grateful that the issue has now been fully addressed, and the new refrigerator has greatly improved my living experience.

About two years ago, the building came under new management, and this new management team is wonderful. I know them since 8 years ago, and they are incredibly responsive, always ready to help with anything, and quick to fix any issues that come up. They really care about their residents, and they go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. They are professional, friendly, and reliable.

Do not recommend this property. The apartment management’s attitude was so rude, took my packages without my permission and angrily told me not to touch my packages even though I didn’t know where my packages were and they told me to pick up my packages. They accidentally charged my boyfriend’s fine just because my packages were accidentally sent to this address even though I didn’t stay here overnight. They broke the lease agreement!!!!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!

Stayed here over the summer and was a very pleasant experience. I stayed in a studio apartment which could get quite hot during the day but did not experience any issues with the unit itself, though I wish the window would open a little bit more to allow for better air circulation. The location is convenient with it being close to campus, the U District station, and the Burke Gilman trail and they allowed for short-term leases which made my intern housing situation much easier. The management here was amazing, very easy to reach by phone and went above and beyond to ensure I didn't have any issues after I left, even contacting me about high-priority mail received after my lease had ended and offering to mail it up to me. TL;DR Good location and offers short-term lease, bit hot during the summer. Good, responsive management (at least by phone)

Stayed here for 2 years and had a great experience! Management was quick to resolve issues and rent was competitively priced. Location is also central to major points of interest.
