Porter was amazing throughout this whole process. From the first showing to getting the lease finalized, he was super responsive, clear, and easy to work with. He made everything feel smooth and stress-free, especially for a first-time renter. Anytime we had questions, Porter was quick to explain things and make sure we felt comfortable moving forward. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping tenants and making the experience positive. Highly recommend working with Porter if you’re looking for a place — great communication, professionalism, and overall great service.

I don’t recommend working with this company. I never paid rent late or damaged this property in any way. My move in report showed same damage as move out report and alas, still company reports a need to keep 90% of my deposit. I paid a move out cleaner. I got the carpet cleaned even though it was already immaculate. I did accidentally leave one cabinet with a few items for which I take accountability. Alas, this company hasn’t even taken the time to review the move in report before they decide what damage was done. The report includes photos. I of course would love to edit this review if issue is resolved. I worked with amber and Meghan and it appears whoever did the amazing move in report was not the human doing the move out. Super disappointing as a tenant with an immaculate history. No one has ever kept my security deposit before, not a dime actually. This company has a history apparently of this behavior according to reviews.

Rob is AWESOME!! He came in to fix our sink and was so friendly and kind. He did a great job and was very good about asking questions and investigating the issue. I will definitely be calling on him again if I have any more issues in the house. Thank you Rob!!

They were really helpful especially since this is my first time renting. Quien is who walked me through all the steps and reminded me of deadlines. The online portal is easy to use once you get the hang of it and the management are really nice. There are a couple hidden fees but they do have a purpose, be prepared to pay more than expected initially. They make it easy for UW students to understand the rules and regulations and spell everything out multiple times on the lease agreement. Overall it was a bit stressful but they were extremely kind and understanding.
