Do not rent here. Maintenance does not do anything, it’s so expensive for no reason, the amount of times I’ve been woken up by false fire alarms is ridiculous, windows don’t open, the building shakes often, and my door died once and I couldn’t get in my apartment. That’s not even half of the issues either. Right now, the pool hasn’t been cleaned. I think it’s a biohazard. Only redeeming quality is location and that it’s fully furnished. I can’t wait to move out.

the fly situation in the building has gotten increasingly worse and the smell of the entire fourth floor is nauseating. the bugs come in from the hallway because of the trash rooms and the stench. calling the office has done nothing. the front desk only ever apologizes and says they’re working on it. what does that even mean?? the only solution they’ve offered is fumigating empty rooms, which doesn’t do the current tenants any good!!! notice how all the negative reviews involve the lack of cleanliness and care for tenants’ health and wellbeing. have rented here for two years and am glad to be leaving. don’t rent here!! the price isn’t worth it!!! find a cheaper place in midtown and thrift some furniture!!! it’s been genuinely disgusting.

This review should be much longer, but unfortunately google reviews can't be that long. I would never recommend living here. Despite new ownership, the same cycle of neglect continues. Maintenance issues are rarely fixed properly, communication is poor and sometimes verbally abusive, and residents are left dealing with ongoing water damage, mold, flooding, broken infrastructure, and safety concerns while paying extremely high rent. During renovations, contractors damaged property, left behind trash, exposed blades, and even a taser and created serious safety hazards as well as sexually harassing residents. Management repeatedly promised reimbursements and repairs that never happened. Leaks in apartments and common areas have gone unresolved for months or even years, with mold often painted over rather than properly addressed. The building also struggles with broken elevators, parking gate issues, flooding hallways, overflowing trash rooms, package delivery problems, poor pool maintenance, and a general lack of accountability. As a SCAD student, it often feels like management takes advantage of the limited off-campus housing options available to students. The only consistently positive experience has been Andrew in the leasing office, who genuinely seems to care about residents. Unfortunately, one helpful employee cannot make up for the building's larger systemic problems. Overall, this has been one of the most frustrating living experiences I've had.

Been living here for two years now and it’s been great. I love the amenities. The snack shack is legit my savior at 3am or if I need a snack to meal and don’t feel like leaving the building. The pool is great too as well as the gym.

I’ve been staying at The Hue for one term now in a 2 bed, 2 bath unit, and honestly, it’s been really good. The internet works well and I haven’t had any problems with it. The trash system is good, and whenever something needs fixing, they come and repair it pretty quickly. Roman has been very helpful and always gives good advice. Also, if any room is too noisy, they send an email warning, so the management is quite good. Overall, I really like living here. :)
