The Hue, savannah-ga

Do not rent here. Maintenance does not do anything, it’s so expensive for no reason, the amount of times I’ve been woken up by false fire alarms is ridiculous, windows don’t open, the building shakes often, and my door died once and I couldn’t get in my apartment. That’s not even half of the issues either. Right now, the pool hasn’t been cleaned. I think it’s a biohazard. Only redeeming quality is location and that it’s fully furnished. I can’t wait to move out.

The Hue is amazing! Apartments are pretty comfortable, unique and well maintained. From package locker room to the pool and gym the amenities and the snack shack with lots of food option from breakfast to dinner and little snack the light the day the hue has it all! The leasing office assistants are very attentive, sweet and friendly about anything you may need or require, they will help you when you may need them! Overall my experience at the hue has been great because I feel at home here.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! I am a current SCAD student and have lived here for 4 years. Here’s a list: 1. I am constantly sick, there is so much mold build up in the vents no matter how often you clean it or run fans. I always have a purifier going and it says the air quality is 64%. 2. No matter what around finals week of every quarter the WiFi goes out and is down for like a week. 3. The pool looks nice in pictures but has not been cleaned for a year. Haven’t gone in it since spring 2025. It is currently brown with a layer so thick on top it’s rusting the metal. 4. Everything is broken all the time. The parking gate stays broken for months. If it is fixed, only one side will work. Very rare do both sides work. The elevators, the small one always works the big one not so much. The mail room door gets broken a ton. If something breaks in your apartment be aware there’s only one maintenance guy. 5. Once you sign the lease there is no way out unless you find someone to sublease the apartment.(That is the ONLY way)

Been living here for two years now and it’s been great. I love the amenities. The snack shack is legit my savior at 3am or if I need a snack to meal and don’t feel like leaving the building. The pool is great too as well as the gym.

Beautiful venue - lively atmosphere. A great place for students. They host great vintage markets & events! The staff, A+ - so friendly.
