Mustang Village Apartments, san-luis-obispo-ca

living here is pretty nice with all the amenities. i love how close campus is and i’m able to walk back to my apartment any time i have a break. the apartments are also well furnished and nice! Now, here’s some of the cons that i have for this place. LAUNDRY IS NOT FREE!!! I heard that they installed washers and dryers into certain apartments but not everyone gets them. it’s $3 EACH for washers and $2.45 or something for dryers which is ridiculous since I already pay so much in rent. if you don’t have a car…good luck. not really a mustang thing but it’s a pain in the ass to be able to go and get groceries or yk go to a laundromat for cheaper laundry. the floors of my apartment are constantly creaking and you can hear the upstairs neighbors walking 24/7. also these walls are paper thin in the mornings I can hear my neighbors phone alarm go off. don’t know if this is just my apartment but my smoke alarm goes off every single time I cook. No matter how much air flow I have, just me cooking a meal will set it off. I don’t regret living here my second year at Cal Poly at all! Honestly the best thing is just being so close to campus, it takes me less than 5 minutes to get to the Business building.

Although my roommates and I didnt end up signing, the process was way smoother than we expected for a group lease. Laith helped coordinate everything, answered all our questions, and made sure everyone was on the same page. The tour was thorough, move-in was organized, and communication throughout was clear and reliable. Overall, a really solid experience for a group of roommates.

I enjoyed living at MV2 thanks to having my own room, quick maintenance support, clean pool and barbecues. My chosen apartment was nicely laid out as well. The dishwasher, stove tops, and shower were a little fidgety but it didn’t take long for the maintenance crew to try and help fix it.

Mustang Village is an amazing place to live with great amenities and a strong sense of community. The benefits they provide for residents really make a difference, from convenient services to well-maintained spaces. Brandon was especially helpful throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to answer questions. Having a leasing agent and community assistant like Brandon truly makes the experience even better. Highly recommend Mustang Village!

Mustang village is a solid option for second year housing off campus. Affordable, decent maintenance availability, gym is a nice touch as well. The staff is friendly and often helpful, Brandon in particular was amicable and efficient when helping me figure out how to submit a work order. Would recommend
