⭐ 1 Star I would seriously think twice before living here. What started as a puddle outside our apartment turned into a major water intrusion that eventually began getting inside our apartment and onto our kitchen floor. We reported the issue, and instead of the problem being properly resolved, we were initially told to report it if it got worse. It did. The situation became so bad that I actually slipped and fell because of the water. Thankfully, I didn’t break a bone or suffer a more serious injury, but the fact that a resident had to fall before this was treated as the serious safety issue it is should be extremely concerning. To make matters worse, maintenance inspected behind our refrigerator and discovered roaches, and we were told to contact pest control. Meanwhile, my roommates and I have spent our own money on cleaning supplies and have had to constantly worry about water getting into our home. An apartment should be a place where you feel safe, clean, and comfortable—not somewhere you’re worried about slipping, water damage, and pests. We pay a significant amount of money to live here and expect basic maintenance and safe living conditions. Management needs to take these concerns seriously before someone gets seriously hurt.

I am extremely disappointed with the state of the apartment upon move-in. Given the high rent, it is unacceptable that the unit was not properly cleaned before our arrival. While the rugs appeared vacuumed, the rest of the unit was in poor condition: the floors were dusty, the countertops were dirty, and there was paint splatter left on the furniture and electronics. Additionally, the shower had visible residue that clearly requires a professional deep clean. We had to supply our own cleaning products and spend our first day addressing these issues ourselves. I expected a move-in ready apartment, not one that looked like the previous tenants had just walked out the door.

Disgusting move in experience. Apartment was FILTHY with foul smelling SHOWER GRIME and a disgusting ahh dishwasher, oven, laundry machines, microwave, u name it honestly. they refused to clean it for me because their "cleaning services ended" how about we give clean apartments to students who cant afford "cleaning services" like the dense front desk person told me to

I like it here for the most part. Staff is nice and helpful, delivering is easy, it is close to campus/all of my classes, and it’s not that loud. My only complaint would be that the walls don’t fully connect to the ceiling and are very thin. If you hate loud roommates, this place wouldn’t be for you. You barely get any privacy because they’re so thin. I also think the sizing of rooms in comparison to how much we’re paying is ridiculous since the rooms are small!

Actually bad. They had me pay $400 alongside my rent when my other roommate moved out and now they charged me again after I moved out from my deposit. Acutally scummy how much they rip you off for random inspections. I recommend going to a different student housing then this one.
