We lived at Miro for around two and a half years, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Miro was our first home when we moved to the Bay Area, and the entire team played a big part in making those years so memorable. The front desk staff were always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The leasing office team was consistently responsive, patient, and thoughtful whenever we had questions or needed assistance. The property itself is beautiful and very well maintained, but what truly makes Miro special is the people. Everyone we interacted with cared about creating a positive living experience for residents, and it showed in the countless small interactions over the years. We have many great memories here and are incredibly grateful for all the support, kindness, and professionalism we experienced during our time at Miro. Thank you to the entire team for everything you do. We highly recommend Miro to anyone looking for a place to call home in the Bay Area.

Miro is the best!! I moved in about 3 weeks ago and could not possibly be happier. I discovered Miro about a year ago and was finally able to make my dream come true and move there. The building and amenities are absolutely STUNNING (I went to architecture school so I'm obsessed) but what really makes Miro a special place is the staff. Everyone has been so kind, welcoming, attentive, and truly a joy to be around. One thing that really separates Miro from other buildings is the House program. Nikki, Miro's lifestyle manager, puts on the most well-curated, fun, events. I added some pics from Saturday's brunch event, which I absolutely loved. Nikki and Zara are the absolute BEST and did a beautiful job hosting this event and the food was amazing! I also did a cabana rental (you get 1 free per month with the House membership) and it was so fun! If you move here I highly recommend the House membership, it's totally worth it! I also love meeting all the residents at the events and casually throughout the day. I haven't been here very long and have already made quite a few friends and am so happy with my new Miro family! I also love Mark's workout classes, he is a great instructor and the classes are super fun and the music is great as well! I also am so grateful for everyone else who works at miro for always being so kind and welcoming, and I would like to thank Shaun as well for an amazing tour and for helping me secure my dream home. He is very knowledgeable and was so helpful throughout the leasing process and even organized a very nice welcome home gift for me which was so thoughtful! Overall, I literally feel like I live in a simulation because how can a home possibly be this perfect?! It's giving Four Seasons. I literally have not had a bad day or frowned since I moved in. I had an outstanding experience working with Renato Garcia while searching for a new place, during my apartment search, I can confidently say he is exceptional! From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful and guiding me through every step of the application process. He was always available to answer my questions making the entire process much smoother than I anticipated. What impressed me the most was his patience to help me in the process. His knowledge of the property and the effort he puts into his potential residents are exceptional. Even after my application was submitted, Renato stayed in touch, keeping me updated on the status and addressing any concerns I had promptly. His positive attitude and professionalism made me feel very welcome. I am thrilled with my new apartment and grateful to Renato for his efforts. I wholeheartedly recommend Miro to anyone looking into getting a place here at downtown san jose, their security, the 24/7 concierge and amenities are great, the beautiful location and amazing view of sunset and sunrise, I am happy in me and my kids new place, a secure and peaceful space for me and my kids, the events they held every month, creates connection to other residents and enjoyable exciting activities to look forward to especially having a busy life outside. i love being a resident here and most of all their staff that goes above and beyond for their residents!

We have been living in Miro apartments for more than 3 years, at first we had a good experience with management and facility teams. However, they changed the management team last year and I have to say the current team led by Zara are the worst compared to the previous teams. Firstly, the elevator has a significant safety risk. We have experienced a falling down and stuck in the elevator for more than 30mins during a workday, and the emergency call function was completely down during that time, exposing a significant safety concern. Besides, the inspection proof of the elevator back then was also expired. Then the follow-up and discussion with management team regarding this issue was getting worse, they basically made tons of excuses and simply neglected our emails, showing lack of responsibilities of such safety concern. It has been such a waste of time dealing with the team without any valuable actions and outcomes. Besides, they charged $25-$35 delivery fee each month, but unfortunately the package seldom gets delivered on time starting last year. Most of the time we had to pick up our packages downstairs even for the Prime packages. The good part is that building is new and facilities are nice, but be careful about the dishonesty and lack of responsibilities from the leadership of the management team.

It's been about a month since we moved in and almost everything has been great! We fell in love with Miro on our first room tour because of the great views, but what surprised us in the past month is the great quality of service--I haven't seen any other property that provides 24/7 concierge and package delivery to the door, which has brought great convenience to our life. Moreover, everyone in the team here (concierge, leasing office, security, etc.) is super kind, caring, and responsive, which makes you feel like you are always in a safe, comfortable, and reliable community. Specifically, it was Bobby who showed us around multiple layouts to find the best fit for us, answered our relentless questions with great patience, and helped us with a very smooth move-in with great flexibility—thank you Bobby! I've always wanted to experience the life of living in a high-rise, but also don't like the heavy traffic and sketchy people typically in downtown areas. Fortunately, Miro gives us a good combination of both--stunning views from a higher floor with a much slower and safer neighborhood as compared to places like SF. I can never get enough of the good views from our unit (the same as the 2B model room)--awakening sunrise in the morning, soft sunshine in the afternoon (as the West Tower blocks the sun most of the time), and beautiful sunsets everyday with flights landing/taking off from the SJ airport. What could you possibly ask for better? Overall, I definitely recommend Miro as your new home. My previous apartment has a rating of less than 3 and I never imagined the difference in experience could be so huge, which perfectly explains Miro's high score of 4.5+. I myself look forward to every future day of living here and hope you would enjoy the experience too.
