Victory on Paseo, san-diego-ca

I had such a wonderful experience at this apartment complex. The property is beautiful, well‑kept, and feels genuinely welcoming. The staff is incredibly, but I want to give a special shout‑out to Rhe — she was extremely helpful, informative, and so friendly throughout the entire process. She made everything easy and stress‑free, and her professionalism truly stood out. If you’re looking for a place with a great atmosphere and a team that actually cares, this is the one.

Ritz was fantastic! She gave us a great virtual tour and showed us all the amenities of the complex. She was also very helpful in providing information about both the apartment and the local area which was important for us since we were bringing our son to San Diego from overseas. I highly recommend both Victory on Paseo and make sure you talk to Ritz!

Being new the San Diego area, I really appreciated Ritz taking the time to show me the community. She shared that she was also new to the area and gave me some pretty solid recommendations on things to do and places to try. I had a really great time on my tour and her passion for not only what she does but for Victory is so easily shown. I look forward to signing here and living here next year!!

Absolutely loved my experience here! The staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, and always quick to answer any questions or help with anything you need. The property itself is super clean and well-maintained, which makes such a huge difference when living in student housing. You can tell the team really cares about creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for residents. Definitely one of the best student housing communities in San Diego!

I don’t usually write reviews, but in this instance I just don’t understand how a company found a gem like Ritz. Every question or inquiry I had, she was able to either answer it or help me find the answer to it. Very informative of the property and was very welcoming the entire tour. I am happy to say I will be considering leasing here simply due to the office staff, like ritz!
