Living in Stateside is nothing short of horrible. The building itself is horrible built and managed. The “pre-furnished” aspect of it gives you the worst installed and quality furniture of all time. The TV that came with the apartment is the worst TV I have ever used, and it was not even installed leveled. There is a horrible mold problem that has not been fixed, and even better is a fly infestation in the whole building. You cannot walk through the hallways without being bombarded by flies. Things constantly break and management seems to barely care. The elevator was out for MONTHS without it being fixed. Our dishwasher is constantly broken. The mold problem is bad enough, just avoid this place and save your own health. Everything else is the cherry on top of disaster. On top of all of this, the pricing is legit predatory. 2000$ for a room? In an apartment that is borderline uninhabitable due to mold and poor build quality? If you are a parent reading this, please don’t fall for the scam. For $2000 a month you could get a house on the street behind the apartment that is ten times nicer and quadruple the size.

Discovered them and online and came for a tour. They were very welcoming and open about every question me and my family asked! They even offered us a special and whenever I had a problem or question they were very quick to respond!

So excited to live here in the Fall, at my tour I felt that the area was so safe and it has very nice amenities!! Choose stateside! ☺️☺️☺️

Some rooms face the inside of the building and you'll never see the light of day, and they'll have you pay the same as a larger room with an outdoor facing window. I got the small inner-facing room. The lounge is locked a lot of the time when it shouldn't be. The rooms and kitchen are very nice, and the staff are friendly. The rest is just an issue with the management. It's extremely expensive for not a lot in return.
