Leasing process was really efficient and quick! Super supportive and patient staff! New, clean amenities and beautiful space all in general! Very peaceful, in a nice and convenient environment! Loved living here had to sign a renewal and also recommend to another friend!

As a transfer student at SDSU, Monte has been a wonderful place to live. It is right on the edge of campus so I was able to walk to class every day and being right across from a large school parking lot meant my car was always close by. The sky lounge is my favorite part of the building as I spent many evenings up there with my friends. It was a great place to socialize and meet some of our neighbors. The apartment building is very new so everything is clean and works well, and the staff is very helpful.

Living here has been a great experience. The community is quiet, safe, and well-maintained. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff is always helpful. The location is super convenient—SDSU is only about a 10–15 minute walk, which makes it really easy to get to class. I definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to live.

It's a nice place to live, so far it's been a welcoming place. The place is quite spacious and with good views. The staff is friendly and helpful when you have any problems. The best place in the building is undoubtedly the Skylounge :]

I wanted more information about this apartment building so I called in. I spoke with a young lady named Gracie. Can I just say that I am blown away by the customer service from her. She was incredibly helpful and answered every single question that I had. She was super patient with me, as this is my first time moving down to San Diego as a College Student. On top of that, she was super nice over the phone and definitely very inviting. I am highly considering Monte now because of the experience I had with Gracie over our phone call. Thank you!
