Iconic on Alvarado, san-diego-ca

I had a wonderful stay at Iconic! The team here has been incredibly helpful throughout my time. Maintenance was very prompt and efficient whenever needed—though thankfully, issues were rare. A special thanks to Griffin for always being responsive and supportive with all my questions, and to Sollei for making my move-in experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, it’s been a great experience living here, and I truly appreciate the professionalism and care from the entire team.

the hallways smell terrible, they allow homeless people to essentially walk through the halls all of the time and sleep in the study rooms and never do anything about it. The hallways permanently smell like the trash chute, the doors in the units feel like they’re made out of paper and the parking garage has absolutely 0 cell service or wifi. I think i’d have been better off being one of the homeless people sleeping in the study rooms than actually living here.

The Iconic was the perfect space to celebrate my niece’s graduation brunch. The amenities and atmosphere was awesome. Mignon, the Manager, was attentive ans pleasant to work with. Erik was very helpful in ensuring we had what we needed to.

Let's start by saying the property Manager Mignon and her staff are TOP TIER. My niece graduated 5/2026. We had a lot of family out of town and wanted to have a brunch for family and friends. My niece has been living there for 4 years. My sister reached out to Mignon a 2 weeks before and was told the room would be available. The room was the perfect place to host the brunch. The room was clean and perfect amount of space. We had a few hiccups but her team where right on it. The day went as planned. Just perfect for our family. Thank you Mignon and CREWS TOP TIER"

I’ve lived at Iconic on Alvarado for almost a year and I have loved my experience! The gym, pool, computer room, and all the amenities are more than I could expect, and there are free events with food and activities multiple times a month that are genuinely fun and exciting. The whole staff is incredibly kind and Mignon and Samantha are so helpful!
