Spent 3 years at Iconic! Had a great experience. The maintenance supervisors, Robert and Rahul, are great and are quick to fix any problems. They’re always kind, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. They even show up outside of the leasing office’s regular hours whenever there’s an urgent issue, which really shows their dedication. Any maintenance requests were handled promptly, and they always made sure everything was taken care of the right way. Their reliability and willingness to go the extra mile made living at Iconic a much better experience. Highly recommend!

They have good pricing for the amenities they include but dont let that fool you, you get what you pay for… I Found mold growing in my AC when I moved in. My dryer didn’t work and when they came to fix it they broke my lock and my dryer still remains broken. When I went on vacation I came back to find my smoke detector had been removed without a 24 hr notice of entry (they didn’t come to replace it after the 3rd time I emailed and notified them I reported them). For a couple months they also wrongfully charged me for parking when I had an addendum for free parking the first 4 months. And finally they have a “trash collection” service where people leave their trash out in the poorly ventilated hallways and makes the whole place smell of trash.

I had a wonderful stay at Iconic! The team here has been incredibly helpful throughout my time. Maintenance was very prompt and efficient whenever needed—though thankfully, issues were rare. A special thanks to Griffin for always being responsive and supportive with all my questions, and to Sollei for making my move-in experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, it’s been a great experience living here, and I truly appreciate the professionalism and care from the entire team.

Turned in my keys yesterday after living here for two years, and it’s definitely bittersweet to leave. Despite the roommate horror stories and personal hardships I experienced while living here, I can honestly say that management showed up for me every single time. When I lost my job and was facing financial hardship, the current Community Manager went above and beyond by offering resources and contacts to help me through that difficult period. A special shoutout to Rob, Mignon, Raul, and Griffin for being some of the best staff members I got to know while living here. Thank you for everything—you will truly be missed.

the hallways smell terrible, they allow homeless people to essentially walk through the halls all of the time and sleep in the study rooms and never do anything about it. The hallways permanently smell like the trash chute, the doors in the units feel like they’re made out of paper and the parking garage has absolutely 0 cell service or wifi. I think i’d have been better off being one of the homeless people sleeping in the study rooms than actually living here.
