Genuinely the worst place i’ve ever lived, seriously do yourself a favor and do not live here. Let me just start with the staff, absolutely the upmost rude AND disrespectful. They will help you with absolutely nothing!! Layla at the front desk is one of the rudest employees i’ve truly ever met. She will speak to you like you are a child and the managers will not care what so ever. They also will never fix what’s broken. So if you have something wrong with your room you better be prepared to deal with it. Don’t even get me started on parking.. How are you going to make not even 50 parking spots in a building with over 200 tenants living there. Are you kidding me. Oh and if you wanna borrow the staff parking (since there is no guest parking) for a few minutes even when nobody is there, they’ll make sure to tow their own tenants so be ready to go to the RUDEST towing company to get your car back. Genuinely the worst ran building and company, they treat us like children as if we aren’t already paying an ABSURD amount to live in this poorly run building.

For the love of God, please live anywhere but here. I recently moved out, and it honestly feels like I escaped. College View is ridiculously overpriced, constantly falling apart, and nothing ever works. The elevators are always broken, maintenance takes forever to fix anything, and parking is an absolute nightmare. The front desk staff are incredibly rude, especially the young guy with the glasses, who always acts like you’re inconveniencing him just by asking a simple question. It honestly feels like the place is run by college students who treat residents like they’re interrupting their social time instead of doing their jobs. For a building that’s practically brand new, it’s shocking how many things are constantly breaking. Save yourself the money, stress, and daily frustration, and sign a lease literally anywhere else.

I just created a fake email cause I'm actually scared about retaliation from the complex about leaving a bad review. If you have the option between signing here or throwing the amount of money you'd be paying away, throw it away. Genuinely a terrible experience no matter what aspect of the building you're looking into. Everything is always broken and management couldn't care less. Good luck voicing your concerns to any of the support staff, it's going in one ear and out the other. That and they're rude about it and make you feel as if you're bothering them...the support staff. If you try to then contact higher management they won't respond. Not one worker in the chain of command cares about you or your comfort at college view, you are a price tag and nothing more. Speaking of price tags, hopefully nothing breaks in your unit cause they'll just charge a random price for it. I feel genuinely sorry for the people they continuously finesse into signing here. If I could leave 0 stars or less I would. Avoid at all costs.

I am only halfway through my lease in my 4x4, but I am content with my stay here at College View. The added gym, pool, and study rooms make the extra price worth it for me as it is a priority to have those in order to study harder, and stay healthy. The rooms I would describe as comfortable and flexible. The common room area with the kitchen is also a much needed plus as it had met all the needs that a college student may need. Overall very satisfiable but only if you want to pay the slight premium compared to other places. For me, it was worth the extra comfort.

My daughter lives here and we are very happy with everything. The pool view is amazing. She has a large walk in closet and big bathroom in her 2x2. No complaints here.
