College Campanile Apartments, san-diego-ca

Lived here 3 out of my 4 years attending San Diego State and loved it! Very convenient if you are a student as the campus is just right across the street, the pool was very nice during the summer when it would get hot. If there was anything I ever needed, the staff would help as soon as they could and were very responsive. Would recommend to everyone trying to find an apartment to live here!!

Haven't moved in yet, but the staff at the front desk have been so incredibly helpful. They are responsive to emails and phone calls and follow up when they say they are going to. They have answered all my questions and made the process so easy. They go out of their way to make sure their residents (even the prospective and future ones) have what they need. They even host events for their residents to make them feel connected and cared about. Also, the complex is literally across the street from campus, closer than some of the dorms. Can't wait to move my son in!

Staff is friendly and quick with maintenance requests. We were fairly compensated when a pipe broke in our unit and needed extensive repairs. The units are dated and don’t have AC. Noise from cars and parties are loud if you’re on the street side, but that’s reflected in the price. Similar units in this area are much more expensive. I wish there was more parking here as residents are ineligible for the street parking “B permit” and UT/SDSU parking passes expire at the end of the academic year.

Love it here!! So close to campus (about a 10 minute walk to the middle). Very spacious. One of the biggest unexpected upsides when living at College Campanile is the shocking amount of storage. Our rooms have a full wall of closet and cabinet space, and the hallway/living room also has multiple closets to store things in. Staff is responsive and friendly.

The apartments are very spacious and the pool is beautiful. Everyone who works here are so nice and they complete maintenance requests very fast. So close to campus and they do fun events for us. 10/10
