I have had nothing but great experiences working with Capstone properties. I lived in their property for three years in Spring Valley and it was very safe, clean, and they responded to my maintenance requests immediately. Susan is an amazing property manager, and is very flexible, understanding, and always willing to help her tenants. I would highly recommend renting property from this company, and I would definitely rent from them again.

I rented a single family home with Capstone for nearly two years and I have nothing but good things to say. They were attentive, understanding, and quick to respond. I was especially grateful for our property manager, Susan. She was only ever a phone call away and worked hard to facilitate the move-in / move-out processes, maintenance requests, and anything else we needed

Susan, our property manager with Capstone, gets a 5*. She is attentive, efficient and personable. She worked with us upon arrival of our new rental and made sure our needs were met. She was extremely prompt and receptive with all issues and requests. Overall, good experience with capstone properties!

I know times are desperate, and folks need a place to live. If you can choose another property management, please do so. We’ve had several things break after wear and tear of 3 individuals (2 children 1 adult) and blamed for the damage. When the poor installation was truly the cause. When I send in work orders (maintenance requests) there’s a 50% chance the issue gets resolved in a timely matter or at all for that matter. I have 3 children one whom has special needs and the other whom is a newborn. I disclose this information because we have had a pest issue for over 6 months and repairs to the unit have still not been accomplished. My special needs child has developed a paranoia to sounds in the home due to mice crawling in the walls in their bedroom and throughout the home. My newborn is not safe if I have to deal with mice in traps, mice crawling around in the night and so forth. I could go on, however what’s important is that people know not to rent from this property management.

RENTERS BEWARE! They will take forever to fix anything in your home and will cheat you out of your deposit and last months rent! Don’t be fooled.
