Living here has been an incredibly satisfying experience. First of all, I want to highlight the management of María, the community manager. Unlike my experience in other developments, María truly listened to us and provided timely help whenever we needed it. Additionally, the maintenance team is the most attentive I have ever known, always showing an excellent attitude, and the reception staff is extremely respectful. The entire team is very kind and makes daily community living excellent. As in any community, the only point for improvement is that not all residents always follow the rules of the place. Other than that, the location of the development is perfect for those of us who love nature; being surrounded by trees is a true privilege. Highly recommended

I’ve really been enjoying my time at Ascent at Campus of Life. One of the best parts about living here is the amazing sunsets, you get beautiful views almost every evening, and it really makes the place feel peaceful and special. Since I moved in, I’ve noticed a big improvement around the property. Jose and Yadira have been doing a great job keeping everything running smoothly and making sure the community is well taken care of. I also want to give a shoutout to Maria, Clayton, and Jordyn from the office they’ve all been super helpful, friendly, and professional whenever I’ve needed anything. Overall, it’s been a great experience living here, and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, well managed place to live.

My family and I absolutely love living at Ascent at Campus of Life. The turf area is one of our favorite spots, my son loves playing there and it’s such a great space for kids and families to enjoy the outdoors. The office team and maintenance staff are amazing, always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever we need anything. It really makes a difference living in a community where you feel supported. We plan on staying here for many more years. Our family truly loves it here!

We’ve had a great experience at Ascent at Campus of Life and a huge part of that is thanks to Clayton. From the very first interaction, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. He took the time to really understand what we were looking for and made the entire leasing process smooth, easy, and stress-free. Clayton didn’t just “show us an apartment” he made us feel confident about choosing this place as our home.. The leasing office staff as a whole deserve recognition everyone has been kind, responsive, and professional, which makes such a difference when moving. But Clayton deserves special recognition because if it weren’t for him, we honestly wouldn’t be living here. We’re so grateful he showed us this community.
