I have lived in multiple apartments before and this is the worst complex I have lived in by far. The apartment is infested with german cockroaches and maintenance requests take over a week. I have attached pictures of what it looks behind the fridge. My friend also had broken air conditioning from another building, which has failed to be fixed, since the beginning of the school year. There are multiple people I know who signed for the window side of the semi private bedrooms who were assigned the non window side. Also, they do not clean the apartment properly before you move in, and the apartment cleanliness depends on the last tenants. As for parking, the parking structure is tight, which is fine, but be aware that the tenants will speed down especially up and down the corners of the structure, which can cause accidents. The shuttle has rules such as no food or open drinks, which is reasonable. The evening shuttle driver is extremely inappropriate and will cuss at students who do not yield to the shuttle. He also has made a comment before in the elevator saying " Have you seen the girls at the pool". Also, the shuttle has gone out of service or has shortened hours on short notice (the night before even) and has leaked fluid with the check engine light on, The management will say all the things you want to hear and I understand some things are not their fault, but do not fall for their words, since the quality and the actual service of the apartment speaks for itself. Please pay a little extra for elsewhere if you have to.

If money is your only concern, sure this place is cheap, and has a shuttle that goes to campus for free. Other than that, everything is always broken. Moving into my apartment it was absolutely disgusting and we had to struggle to get cleaners inside. They seperated my roomates and I on move in day with zero explanation despite us signing our leases together and being confirmed as roommates the day before. Also had to struggle with management to get that fixed. Water damage all across my apartment. Maintenance orders are frequent and take AGES to complete, if they ever get to them. I have friends and neighbors who simply don't have a/c because 5025 they wont fix their units. My dryer has been burning holes in and snagging clothing, has ruined pairs of shorts and shirts that they have 'fixed' according to my work order. My front door has a digital lock, (a code you punch in instead of a physical key) and we were not given access to this code for weeks. We kept getting sent new temporary codes that would expire a random night without our knowledge (resulting in us being locked out multiple nights in a row due to no code and the office being closed) meaning we either had to, risk being locked out, or leave the apartment unlocked all day/night. The shuttle drivers are extremely rude and impatient, which I understand to an extent, but I've seen them everyday constantly honking at and yelling at pedestrians. The free printer has been out of order the last few times I've attempted to use it, making me go to school and pay for printing. The new coffee bar has been out of coffee since the first week it opened. The gym is falling apart with old crappy equipment. Every single elevator on the property has expired inspections, by at least a year. The entire place smells weird. You have to pay to receive packages?? Also the wifi is awful. In building 2 there is hardly any connection and in order to make any calls people have to leave the building to maintain connection. There is hardly any cell reception here as well so you're left with no options. In building 3 it is better but still widely inconsistent, which is super helpful when you're trying to do homework or study. Again, if your only concern is price, not horrible , but if you have an extra hundred bucks a month, do not live here.

Kaylee was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. Jordan and Conner were also amazing with maintenance, they helped with everything I asked and were always quick, kind, and reliable.
