Hello, I just moved in a couple days ago and I was partnered with Jesus in the office for the entire process. The entire process was smooth, with very minor bumps in the road due to technology error to which Jesus handled very well. I even got extra help from one of the girls that work in the office, but I didn’t get to catch her name. She was also very informative and even gave me a second tour when I requested it. The entire experience was great!

I haven't had internet in 3 months. They suggested I work in their community room. I teach. I need a private place. Also, the only thing that is clean upon move in is the room you'll live in. Although my ceiling fan had about 2 inches of dust on it. The kitchen had grease on every surface. Maintenance comes quick. And the office staff are pretty cool.

⚠️ ATTENTION RENTERS – MISLEADING REFERRAL PROMISE ⚠️ I’ve been living with this community for a while and never had issues before, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing and unfair. In January, I personally went to the leasing office with my friend to confirm their referral promotion. The manager Therresa and staff member Destiny, and Jesus, clearly told us the promotion was active. They even instructed my friend to list my name as the referral and told her she must sign the lease before January 31 to qualify. Based on their assurance, she signed. Later, I followed up and was told that the referral bonus would be processed after she completed the required move-in period. Everything seemed clear and confirmed. Now that my friend has fulfilled all requirements, the management has completely changed their statement. They are saying it was a “miscommunication” and are refusing to provide the referral bonus, claiming the promotion was not active at that time. This feels very misleading and dishonest. The only reason my friend signed the lease was because of the confirmed referral benefit. It’s frustrating to see them deny it after gaining a tenant. Please be cautious before trusting any verbal promises here. Make sure everything is documented clearly in writing. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend referring anyone—you may never receive the promised Referral. Thank you for your response, but I respectfully disagree. I have already contacted the office, and they told me it was a “miscommunication” and that they were not aware at that time. They simply apologized and did not offer any resolution. This was not confusion—both me and my friend were physically present when your team clearly explained the referral promotion and asked her to sign before Jan 31 to qualify. We trusted that information, and she signed because of it. Now that all requirements have been completed and you have gained a tenant, it is unfair to deny the referral bonus. Calling it a miscommunication does not justify what happened. I hope you understand why this feels misleading and disappointing from our side.

I’ve been living at The Glen since Jan 16, 2026. The person who made my move in process easy was Destiny! She’s incredible. When she was off on any given day, I’d wait for her to come back into the office to get my questions answered! She was so helpful pre, during and post move in. Shes knowledgeable on all things “The Glen”. Shes kind, patient, and is a joy to see when she’s in the leasing office. Thanks Destiny!

I only stayed 1 year here and during that time we would have continuous issues with roommates that management would do nothing about There was a break in that took place and the person thrashed the entire apartment and even busted a whole in one of the room doors an just passed out drunk in the person's room when they arrived home And management didnt even repair any of the damages and did the absolute bare minimum as far as clean up then upon moving out they took most of my deposit stating that there were damages and cleaning fees even though I made sure to clean the apartment top to bottom before leaving and then upon asking for proof and receipts it took 3 to 4 attempts with no response or evidence and then when they finally responded they sent 2 pictures and a note list in sharpie stating that there was no mattress even though one of the photos clearly showed a mattress and then stated that the carpets weren't clean when I vacuumed before turning in my key. On top of all that the main management or manager is never there and the whold place is basically run by a bunch of young college students who never have any answers or any idea what they are doing Would not recommend living here to my worst enemy
