I haven't had internet in 3 months. They suggested I work in their community room. I teach. I need a private place. Also, the only thing that is clean upon move in is the room you'll live in. Although my ceiling fan had about 2 inches of dust on it. The kitchen had grease on every surface. Maintenance comes quick. And the office staff are pretty cool.

Hello, I just moved in a couple days ago and I was partnered with Jesus in the office for the entire process. The entire process was smooth, with very minor bumps in the road due to technology error to which Jesus handled very well. I even got extra help from one of the girls that work in the office, but I didn’t get to catch her name. She was also very informative and even gave me a second tour when I requested it. The entire experience was great!

I only stayed 1 year here and during that time we would have continuous issues with roommates that management would do nothing about There was a break in that took place and the person thrashed the entire apartment and even busted a whole in one of the room doors an just passed out drunk in the person's room when they arrived home And management didnt even repair any of the damages and did the absolute bare minimum as far as clean up then upon moving out they took most of my deposit stating that there were damages and cleaning fees even though I made sure to clean the apartment top to bottom before leaving and then upon asking for proof and receipts it took 3 to 4 attempts with no response or evidence and then when they finally responded they sent 2 pictures and a note list in sharpie stating that there was no mattress even though one of the photos clearly showed a mattress and then stated that the carpets weren't clean when I vacuumed before turning in my key. On top of all that the main management or manager is never there and the whold place is basically run by a bunch of young college students who never have any answers or any idea what they are doing Would not recommend living here to my worst enemy

Place isn't perfect but the front office does address concerns promptly. Should your assigned dwelling be in unacceptable standards or if health and safety is an issue. Advise the front office immediately. It's my understand that they don't inspection the dwelling prior to move in. I had to be re assigned due to a powerful odor in my first dwelling. Since moving into my current, community building it seems respectful and clean. Community Trash bins are really gross but I honestly think it's the homeless people rummaging thru it that creates the disgusting appearance. Then again some people can not aim. Overall the maintenance and ground people do their best to clean and bring the place up to speed. Bottom line is if the office and staff is unaware of what's going on. They can not address it. Office isn't perfect but their efforts speaks volumes to make things right. Give it a try. Most importantly, if theirs an issue, discuss it with the front office. Especially if your health and safety is at risk. Don't settle in until it's resolved.

The Glen Apartments in San Bernardino has been one of the most frustrating living experiences I’ve had. Since moving in, management has been largely unresponsive to serious ongoing issues. I repeatedly reported noise violations, unauthorized guests, and even domestic disturbances involving my roommates, but little to no action was taken. What made things worse is that maintenance staff appeared to have personal relationships with my roommates, which created a conflict of interest. Complaints I made didn’t stay confidential and were relayed back, causing tension and making the situation uncomfortable and unsafe. There were also multiple instances of unauthorized individuals using my assigned garage and parking without consequence. Despite bringing this up several times, it was never properly addressed. The situation ultimately escalated to a physical altercation, after prior warnings to management were ignored. At that point, it became clear that tenant safety and accountability were not being taken seriously. Overall, this property lacks proper management, enforcement of community rules, and basic tenant support. I would strongly advise others to consider these issues before signing a lease here.
