Here’s a list of reasons NOT to live here… 1. Advertised pool but can confirm the summers of 2023,2024, & 2025 was not open 2. No working A/C , haven’t had working air since 04/2025 3. INFESTED WITH BUGS, roaches, wasp, and ants. Pest control fee is $5/monthly. Never seen pest control in the 3 years I’ve been here. I pay $40 a month for my private pest control. 4. Mud all over parking lot and sidewalks. Fallen multiple times in different areas. Resulted in medical attention from infection. 5. MOLD, exposer resulted in my children being sent to the hospital 6. Water leaks, reports made and nothing being done but responsible when water bill rises. 7. Electrical issues/fire hazard, random power outages, outlets not working, outlets loose, exposed wiring. 8. Bathroom issues: Loose toilet , leaking toilet, water damage on bathroom floor, mold on ceiling, poorly painted and chipped bathtub, poorly installed sink 9. Management and maintenance will ignore you and disregard any safety concerns you have, if you try to stand up for yourself they will call the police and harass you via text. 10. Maintenance will try to steal your ac units and personal property 11. Trash all over the property and dumpsters are poorly managed 12. Doors left unlocked by maintenance and keys found in doors left by maintenance 13. When asking for reimbursement for having to buy your own ac units and medical bills be prepared to be shut down and yelled at by Cindy. 14. Mailboxes are constantly broken into and do not except to receive a key. 15. They send harassing texts to threaten you with outrageous fees and illegal lock outs. 16. Play equipment for kids not kept in a safe condition 17. Electrical and Ceiling fans do not work Lastly, my rent is paid & not behind so refusing to complete maintenance request to prevent hospital trips due to excessive/dangerous heat, health issues from bugs, breathing issues from mold or falls from unsafe conditions in parking lots & sidewalks. This property repeatedly violates Federal, State, and City Codes & Laws. The only way you’re going to get anything done is to just move and call 311 for an inspection/investigation. Be warned you will be harassed with false allegations by Cindy through text. This place is run by Slumlords. Stay safe.

Ok so i have been here since August of 2023. So far I have had to fight for mold removal to get done, I have had to call the news about human sewage overflowing through the outside vent/access pipe creating a river of human feces. For over a year it was just flowing out. Finally we got a new management this year(Jan. 2026). As of now my billing has been so messed up with over charging. They tried to bill me Oct., Nov,. Dec, for water when this was already paid. It was not until I asked for a complete breakdown of my billing that this issue was fixed. Once adjusted I was to have a credit on my account for April (yes it took that long for a resolution). 1st my credit disappeared, second I have no access to a billing statement to show what I am being charged for, 3rd I requested a print out of my statement amd the math doesn't even add up right!! I was also told if I renew my lease before a the 15th of March id receive $300 off my April rent. Well, this did not happen. Even worse when signing my new lease this new company charged myself and my daughter a new application fee!!!!!!! I have emailed office, physically gone into the office several times and left messages on the phone. The office is aware that I am disabled, they know I also have multiple myeloma (cancer) yet they continue to over charge and allow us to live in mold filled, disgust! My neighbors are also being over charged. So why do I stay. Rent is dirt cheap. That's the only positive I have. Yes it's the slums homeless crack addicts break into empty apartments, work orders are ignored. The kens5 news team got the plumbing fixed thank God. The bugs are absolutely out of control, my floor is no longer level, it's completely out of control. I now do my own bug controll and continue every single month getting over charged for no reason with no explanation!!!! Do not live here unless you are willing to fight for just quality of living. It's really bad

I really want to Thank the Management and property Managers for making it easy to move in with the moving specials. The Maintenance Man was quick to get the unit ready for my family that same week. The unit was freshly painted and all the appliances were amazing. Would recommend this place to family an friends.

​Living here for the past few years has been quite a journey, but everything changed for the better once the new management stepped in! The difference is incredible. The team is so easy to talk to, and they get maintenance issues fixed. I had a great experience during my April 1st office visit— A special thanks to the manager! Jennifer was professional and made it clear that resident satisfaction is a priority, and her attentiveness is a great example of the new management’s dedication. You can really tell they take pride in the property now. So glad we stayed!

New company took over in January. So far they're not much better than gyler. The previous company did not give me a copy of my lease so I had to hassle them for it because these people clearly couldn't. The manager is never there, they have their third set of office people now. Work orders get done slowly maybe. They're supposed to be open until 5:30 p.m. but most days they leave early, and they don't show up until 8:30 am. Currently they're trying to charge me more rent than what my lease is signed for. Don't move here. Update: Had to call corporate to get the rent fixed to what I sign the lease for and not what they were trying to charge me. If you call corporate during hours you'll still get the voicemail saying that they're not open and to call back between 8:00 and 5:00 but can leave a voicemail basically. Supposed to be doing general inspections this week and I complain that my AC struggles to get to 80 but won't go below that, I was told by the office gentleman that they would "look at it" while there and he would also put in a work order. Nothing is done. Still have a hole next to my breaker box. I literally have to open the windows when the dew point is below 60% and put fans in front of them to bring the air in to cool off the apartment. It really looks like there are so focused on getting all these unrented apartments fixed up before they even help the current residents, unless you're going in there and harassing them daily.
