I lived there for two and a half years. Overall, it's a really good place to live. I was in a four-bedroom place, and each bedroom had its own bathroom, which is super important to me. The maintenance crew is really good at what they do. When you put in a request, they try their best to fix things ASAP. The manager is alright too. The folks at the info desk are also kind, nice, and helpful. There's a gym, it's not super well-equipped, but it's fine overall

My daughter rented from this location for the past two semesters and were promised a decent living space, responsive management and maintenance, security at night- the only thing they did as promised was collect rent and tow visitors cars- move in day- the room had hairs all over and was not clean, the toilets were constantly broken, the gates were constantly broken, her thermostat and dryer never worked right, if there was security- it was never seen and can’t forget to mention the roaches. We are aware of the realities of student housing, but what a bait and switch after the lease is signed. Would not recommend. Not even a little.

I actually like living here, i love my unit and the study space in the club house. They recently changed our locks and added more security which is definitely a plus. Maintenance does take a bit because of staff shortage but they definitely get to it and are very helpful!

DO NOT LIVE HERE! one of the worst experiences i’ve ever had, the place was not cleaned or checked on before move in, there was so much left over appliances that i had to get rid of that weren’t even mine or my roommates just so i wouldn’t get charged for the left over mess. the whole downstairs was a mess, fridge had gnats and was completely dirty, bathroom and laundry room were disgusting. Don’t even get me started with the gate. why am i having to wait outside the gate 10-15 mins to get in my own apt because the gates don’t work with the code OR the gate pass hello??!!!???? how unsafe is that. They find any reason to charge you for something. my last month living there they charged me $110 for delayed water bills? not once was i told there was a delay, as far as i knew i was paying it every month with rent and when i emailed them about how inconvenient that was for me and my roommates i got about 2 responses back but after that they never replied all they did was argue back with me and then ignore me! i’ve been moved out for 3 months and they are STILL charging me for stuff that had NOTHING to do with me. I’ve tried emailing them and was even given a email to dispute some charges that shouldn’t be there and NO ONE ever replies to my emails!!! so unprofessional and i seriously think this place should get shut down. save ur money and go somewhere better!!!!

Pool was always dirty, the maintenance services were ok. We always had problems with our fridge leaking which never got fixed. My roommate put in a request to fix the washer & they charged her for it even though the item was already messed up before her move in. Im still being charged for a $200 car tag, which I NEVER had a car while living there. We also got our gate codes deactivated, so no one could even get in if you’re a student with no car. You had to go through the walk in gate. I’ve called & left them emails/voicemails, no response about the fee still on my acct. Yet when i turned in my keys i was told I was clear of no charges. Be careful with these apartments they sneak in fees here & there, the roommate situation isn't any better unless you know the people you move in with. Good luck!
