If you’re a student looking for an apartment, PLEASE look somewhere else before signing here. I wish I had known how bad it would be before I signed my lease. Definitely not worth the stress or the money. When I first moved in, my apartment was dirty, and things weren’t even fixed or cleaned properly. I already had issues from day one, and it felt like they just expected me to deal with them. Maintenance was also a HUGE issue. They would walk into my apartment without knocking, even when I was asleep. I should not have to worry about someone just walking into my bedroom while I’m sleeping. That was extremely uncomfortable and disrespectful. The gate was constantly broken; I had to wait several minutes for a car to come out in order to get in. There was a keypad, but they kept saying "there is no code." Billing was another huge problem. I was double-charged and out $700 and was constantly having issues with my account. I would have to keep contacting the office trying to figure out why I was being charged things. I have an ESA letter and turned it in, got it approved, and continued getting charged for 4 MONTHS. Then on my FINAL BILL, they randomly added water charges from SIX MONTHS AGO and on top of that increased my base rent. There were also random fees that were never properly explained. The front desk and management were honestly no help at all. Every time I had an issue, I felt like I was getting nowhere. I literally had to go above management and contact higher-ups just to get some of my problems addressed. Every time you ask for a manager, they're on their "break" or "on a phone call." Management sucks and doesn't know how to properly fix an issue. For the amount of money you pay to live here, you would expect way better service and communication. Instead, it was constant problems, random charges, broken things, and having to chase people down just to get answers. This apartment complex is money-hungry; please do not sign here!!

Only lived here over the summer as I was interning in San Antonio, but I would not recommend at all. Moving in, there was a huge crack/ hole at the top of my toilet bowl and it was disgusting. I immediately filed a maintenance request for a new toilet, which somehow took 4 weeks for them to replace. Every time I called the leasing office, they told me they were still waiting on a part to arrive. However, I called twice throughout the 4 weeks, and they told me the second time that the part only took about 5 business days to arrive. So why did it take 4 weeks? I emailed management and never got a response. Even after maintenance came to replace it, no communication. In addition to this, my AC on the top floor has been out for over a week now. I called emergency maintenance, which took them about 45 minutes to come, and they only brought me a portable AC unit for the time being. They said they would come back to fix it the next day, but it never got fixed entirely. Fast forward a week later, my request is still active, but they have not been back after the first two times to finish fixing it. Not only this, our dryer sucks (my roommates have asked to get a new one 3 times at this point), our dish washer has trouble running every now and then, and there are gnats EVERYWHERE. Also, the keypad at the gate does not work and has not been working for the past year (so I’ve been told). If you have guests or ubers or food delivered, they have to wait for someone to leave to open the gate or you have to drive over to them, which is highly inconvenient. The back half of the apartment is at the top of a hill, so you have to drive down a ramp to get to the front of the office. I’ve had to uber twice now to the airport and had to drive down and park my car at the leasing office for days at a time because my ubers weren’t able to get into the apartment complex behind someone at 5am. Only been here 2 months and it already has more issues than my apartment I’m normally in for a full year. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I literally HATED living here!!!! Please listen to me if you are an upcoming student wanting to live near UTSA. Any student apartment around here will literally ROB you and take advantage of us because we are students and parents as well!!! I honestly would consider looking at better apartments outside of the UTSA area!!! This apartment complex especially is just straight up old and dirty!! And overpriced for what u get. They did my roommates and I dirty so many times here it’s unbelievable. So many horror stories have come out of this apartment complex please do your research. My first day living here we moved in with a roach infestation and a broken pipe bursting and leaking through the ceiling!!!! Terrible living here!!! Zero stars if I could.

I lived there for two and a half years. Overall, it's a really good place to live. I was in a four-bedroom place, and each bedroom had its own bathroom, which is super important to me. The maintenance crew is really good at what they do. When you put in a request, they try their best to fix things ASAP. The manager is alright too. The folks at the info desk are also kind, nice, and helpful. There's a gym, it's not super well-equipped, but it's fine overall

My daughter rented from this location for the past two semesters and were promised a decent living space, responsive management and maintenance, security at night- the only thing they did as promised was collect rent and tow visitors cars- move in day- the room had hairs all over and was not clean, the toilets were constantly broken, the gates were constantly broken, her thermostat and dryer never worked right, if there was security- it was never seen and can’t forget to mention the roaches. We are aware of the realities of student housing, but what a bait and switch after the lease is signed. Would not recommend. Not even a little.
