Living here has been such a good experience. Zion is an amazing leasing manager and is always approachable whenever I have questions or need help with something. One thing I appreciate the most is that the property has been pest free, which was a huge upgrade for me and my roommates. The front office staff is always friendly and welcoming, and maintenance responds really fast whenever we put in a request. Me and my besties actually came from U Oaks and it's honestly night and day compared to where we lived before. The amenities and in-unit upgrades have gotten so much better too.

Zion, the leasing manager, is great! He helped me and my girlfriend find a 2x2 and made the entire process so seamless and easy. Anytime we had questions he was always approachable and helpful. I’m also really happy that the property has been pest free, which has made living here even better.

The events and activities the apartment organizes are always fun and make it easy to meet neighbors and feel connected. The maintenance team and staff are consistently excellent—always responsive, reliable, and genuinely caring. You can tell they truly want residents to feel comfortable and taken care of. Out of the great staff here, Madison, one of the managers, really stands out—she’s super friendly, easy to talk to, and always willing to help whenever something comes up. She really makes you feel welcome, and honestly, she might be my dog’s favorite person. Overall, this is a wonderful place to live if you’re looking for a friendly, supportive, and engaging community.
