I would not recommend moving here. The model apartment they showed during the tour was beautiful, but don't let that fool you the actual unit you receive may look nothing like what you were shown. It feels like they do everything they can to get you to sign the lease, and after that, you're on your own. The maintenance team has also been a huge disappointment. In my experience, they often don't seem to know what they're doing, and issues either aren't fixed correctly the first time or end up needing multiple visits. If you're thinking about moving here, make sure you tour the exact unit you'll be living in before signing anything. I wish I had. There are much better places to live that are more responsive.

Zion, the leasing manager, is great! He helped me and my girlfriend find a 2x2 and made the entire process so seamless and easy. Anytime we had questions he was always approachable and helpful. I’m also really happy that the property has been pest free, which has made living here even better.

I’ve had a great experience living here and highly recommend this apartment. It’s incredibly pet-friendly, which has made such a difference for me and my dog. The environment is welcoming, well-kept, and full of great amenities that make it easy to feel at home. One thing that really stands out is the sense of community. The events and activities the apartment organizes are always fun and make it easy to meet neighbors and feel connected. The maintenance team and staff are consistently excellent—always responsive, reliable, and genuinely caring. You can tell they truly want residents to feel comfortable and taken care of. Out of the great staff here, Madison, one of the managers, really stands out—she’s super friendly, easy to talk to, and always willing to help whenever something comes up. She really makes you feel welcome, and honestly, she might be my dog’s favorite person. Overall, this is a wonderful place to live if you’re looking for a friendly, supportive, and engaging community.

I lived here this past year and as I move on I just want to say a few words of appreciation for the staff at the community. It has been a rocky road at the start but yall made me feel at home. Thank you for making my first year in college a blast, hopefully when I am able to return to college I can call the Reserve a home again if I am able to

Living here has been such a good experience. Zion is an amazing leasing manager and is always approachable whenever I have questions or need help with something. One thing I appreciate the most is that the property has been pest free, which was a huge upgrade for me and my roommates. The front office staff is always friendly and welcoming, and maintenance responds really fast whenever we put in a request. Me and my besties actually came from U Oaks and it's honestly night and day compared to where we lived before. The amenities and in-unit upgrades have gotten so much better too.
